December 21, 201411 yr The problem with all these dance tracks is that they are held back for far too long. Yes they get pleasing chart peaks for record labels, but they don't sell that much in the long run. Going way back to "Changes", we've had so many that deserved to sell more - "Jubel", "Walking with Elephants" and "Bullit" to name a few. Alesso's "Heroes" is soon to join them in this category, and there's Mike Mago & Dragonette's "Outlines" to come out ridiculously late from its debut in 2015. The frontloaded-ness has a bit to do with it, though with the likes of 'Walking With Elephants' and 'Bullit', they didn't stick around long because of their limited appeal (the former even reaching the top 10 was a pretty huge achievement) (i'd like to think Heroes will fall out quickly too, but i get the feeling that'll stick around a bit longer than it deserves to~)
