I find 'The Days' and 'The Nights' to be very similar (might have been the point due to the titles), particularly the instrumental parts, so not sure why 'The Nights' is getting a better reception.

86. Avicii "The Nights"

 

The potential for a third new T40 now with this (after Sia's "Elastic Heart" and James Bay's "Scars") - far better than "The Days" (which imo was the worst thing he's released since he rose to fame with "Levels").

Just when I thought we saw the last of Avicii :nocheer:

I liked the days by Avicii although it took a while to grow on me, at first i did not like it all, it got ok airplay here in Ireland but after a few times hearing it on the radio it grew on me. The nights was instant with me, i liked it from the first listen and love it now, i hope it does well, ive really enjoyed so many Avicii singles but wake me up is still my favourite, i still listen to it a lot and have yet to get bored of it, it always puts a smile on face when i hear it.

Incredibly disappointing that Kant vs Mk has dropped out of the Top 1500 completely. I know it's not to everyone's taste but I am really surprised at the lack of daytime/mainstream support it's had! :(

For what its worth, I quite like the song. I've only heard it on Mistajam's radio show on night-time 1Xtra which has no influence on the charts of course :lol:
