Born in Stockholm in 1989, Berg only started making music at the age of 18, writing and remixing tracks in his bedroom and then leaking them onto various blogs. Influenced by Daft Punk and Steve Angello, his melodic house sound gained a huge following, and led to support from Tiësto, who invited him to perform a weekly residency at Privilege in Ibiza, and Pete Tong, who released first single "Manman" through his Bedroom Bedlam label. After he remixed tracks for Little Boots, Robyn, and Dizzee Rascal, Berg's first mainstream release, the Ministry of Sound instrumental "Seek Bromance," became a huge hit across Europe and later in the U.K., thanks to a vocal version featuring Amanda Wilson. In 2012 he released the song "2 Million" after reaching that number of followers on Facebook, while his single "Le7els" and its accompanying video were nominated at that year's MTV Music Video Awards. Towards the end of 2012 he released his highly-anticipated collaboration single with Nicky Romero. "I Could Be The One" was a smash hit and was featured heavily on reality TV shows and radio play across Europe. In 2013, Avicii teamed up with Ericsson and creates the first "crowdsourced" track which enabled the producer to connect to fans and promote his brand. The single "3 Million" was released to celebrate the 3 millionth fan on his Facebook page. "Le7els" was nominated for the Best Dance Recording at the 2013 Grammys but lost out to Skrillex & Sirah's "Bangarang". Ahead of his debut album #TRUE, he released the single "Wake Me Up" in June 2013. Featuring Aloe Blacc, it reached the top of the UK Charts and confidently showed off his new musical direction. ~ Jon O'Brien, Rovi / iTunes Chart history - Top 100 (Year peak title): 2010 13 Seek Bromance (As Tim Berg) -NAS- 2010 46 My Feelings For You (Avicii & Sebastien Drums) -1- 2011 04 Collide (Leona Lewis / Avicii) 2011 04 Levels -NAS- 2012 22 Silhouettes -NAS- 2012 49 Superlove (Avicii Vs. March 22, 201511 yr This is inferior to most of 'True' but I cannot help but love it, probably the most euphoric dance song in the chart so far this year!
March 22, 201511 yr A watered down version of Wake Me Up but I'm still not bored of The Nights. Edited March 22, 201511 yr by N-S

In 2002, she came to prominence after winning the first season of American Idol, and has since been established as "The Original American Idol". Her debut single, "A Moment Like This", topped the US Billboard Hot 100 and broke the record for the biggest jump to number one in the chart's history; it became the best-selling single of the year in the country.[citation needed] She became the runner-up of World Idol the following year. Clarkson's debut studio album, Thankful (2003), has been certified 2× platinum and sold over 4.5 million copies internationally. Its lead single, "Miss Independent", became an international hit, earning Clarkson her first Grammy nomination. She developed a rock-oriented sound with her second album, Breakaway (2004). It was certified 6× platinum and sold over 15 million copies worldwide, earning Clarkson two Grammy Awards, including one for the hit single "Since U Been Gone". She took full creative direction of her third album, My December (2007). Its lead single, "Never Again", became a top ten hit. Clarkson's fourth album, All I Ever Wanted (2009), became a critical and commercial success. Its worldwide hit single, "My Life Would Suck Without You", surpassed "A Moment Like This" for the biggest leap to number one on a single week in the history of the Billboard Hot 100 Chart from number 97, a record it still holds today. Her fifth album, Stronger (2011), generated international chart-topping singles "Mr. Know It All" and "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)", with the latter being the second-best selling American Idol single to date with over four million downloads in the U.S. The album won the Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album, making Clarkson the first and only artist to win the award twice. In 2012, Clarkson released Greatest Hits – Chapter One; its lead single, "Catch My Breath", is her twenty-fourth entry on the Hot 100 and her eleventh million-selling single. Clarkson has sold over 20 million albums worldwide. In a career spanning over a decade, Clarkson has accumulated ninety-one number ones on the Billboard charts, and eleven number one singles worldwide. She is known for her vocal versatility and range. Her music has mainly dealt with themes of heartbreak, independence, and self-empowerment for women and young teens. Apart from her work in music, Clarkson has also ventured into television and film. Clarkson's film debut was in the romantic musical From Justin to Kelly (2003) and she also appeared in American Dreams as Brenda Lee, in Reba, on The Voice as a guest advisor, on Duets as a mentor and judge. Clarkson's musical work has also gained her numerous accolades, including three Grammy Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards, twelve Billboard Music Awards, four American Music Awards and a Women's World Award. In 2012, Clarkson was ranked nineteenth on VH1's list of "100 Greatest Women in Music." In 2013, Clarkson was ranked number 105 on Joel Whitburn's "Top 500 Artists Of All Time," and number 75 on Billboard's "Hot 100: Top 100 Artists." Billboard also ranked Clarkson as the 14th-best-selling artist of the 2000s and one of the top 200 album sellers of the Nielsen SoundScan era at number 187. - Wikipedia Chart history - Top 100 (Year peak title): 2003 06 Miss Independent -1- 2003 35 Low -2- 2005 05 Since U Been Gone -1- 2005 09 Behind These Hazel Eyes -2- 2005 07 Because Of You -3- 2006 21 Walk Away -4- 2006 22 Breakaway -5- 2007 09 Never Again -1- 2009 01 My Life Would Suck Without You -1- 2009 36 I Do Not Hook Up -2- 2009 66 Already Gone -3- 2011 04 Mr. Know It All -1- 2012 08 What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger) -2- 2012 40 Dark Side -3- 2012 51 Catch My Breath -1- 2013 30 Underneath The Tree -1- 2015 07 Heartbeat Song -1- Discussion Thread Here
March 22, 201511 yr Well I have to see every Sam Smith song being called Tedious Insipid whatever every week. But I don't complain. I do about that too, because it's equally as annoying. The only difference is you find any excuse to mention it in every thread at any opportunity, even if it's not related.
March 22, 201511 yr I mean the original original released in February 2013, long before the album :P It used to be on iTunes and had a different length: http://web.archive.org/web/20131028043438/...gle/id602198814 Oh okay I get that now and Thank god he didn't re-release this version for the re-release
March 22, 201511 yr #19 for this next week then. Turning into a bit of grower for me! Like it a lot more than when I first heard it (and indeed when it first charted).
March 22, 201511 yr Oh I've missed Gravity due to a phonecall, but at least it only dropped 1 place
