What an amazing run for a song like this! Here's hoping Cool can match it :D

To be honest I'm a bit surprised over the success Heroes has, not saleswise but more on the streaming sites. :o

What does Tove Lo actually sing when it sounds like "All we're looking for is love in a Lidl aisle"?

Biography

Charli XCX (born Charlotte Emma Aitchison; 2 August 1992) is an English singer and songwriter.

She released two singles in 2008, "!Franchesckaar!", which is from her commercially unreleased debut album, 14; and "Emelline"/"Art Bitch". She was signed to This Is Music and IAMSOUND Records in 2010 before releasing three more singles, "Stay Away", "Nuclear Seasons" and "You're the One" from her debut EP, You're the One, which was released in June 2012. After a year-long delay, she released her debut major label studio album, True Romance, in April 2013. She wrote and is featured on "I Love It" with Icona Pop and "Fancy" with Iggy Azalea, both of which achieved international success and brought her to international prominence. The release of "Boom Clap" gave Charli XCX her first top 10 hit as a solo artist on the Billboard Hot 100.

On 18 August 2014, Charli XCX announced the title of her upcoming second major-label studio album, Sucker, which would be released on 16 December (US). The second single was also premiered on her SoundCloud, titled "Break the Rules". - Wikipedia

Discussion Thread Here

It looks like this year we have an 80s revival? Doing it is very 80s and also Jess Glynne's Hold My Hand is very 80s imo :o
Ooh this is more like it! Lovely pop song, Charli's second best single after 'Boom Clap' now. Although 'You (Ha Ha Ha)' is her best.

Doing It's last week :(

The fact that this is already down to #39 when AYO is still as high as #16 revolts me. Such an injustice.

YES! Or Superlove, love them both.

This is very nice sonically but the repetitive lyrics in the chorus really let it down for me. It's all a bit lazy. -_-

Take two of the most excruciating female vocalists of recent times and you get the expected unlistenable record.
