Just picked up Hurts latest album ‘Faith’ on vinyl for £12.99 online in the HMV sale - such a great album I needed to have it on vinyl

Been to pick up my new turntable today, they gave me a demo in the shop and it is the best thing ever, played Hoppipolla and it was so dreamy - although admittedly their demo room will have far better acoustics than our room does

ALSO... Transmission Records have 20% all their existing stock (aside from their albums of the year list) until 31st if anyone is interested - just need to use the code 2020

I’ve gone a bit retro classic this week and bought Purple Rain, Thriller, Original Musiquarium I and Abbey Road.

 

I also bought myself a Rega Fono Mini so I can hook my turntable up to the MacBook and record some of my songs that you can’t buy/stream online. Just giving it a try and it seems to work well I think.

Purple Rain is a great one. I need to seek out MJ albums once I am done with Janet. All I saw of MJ in HMV earlier were picture discs so i'll check online for different versions.

I’ve just got black vinyl versions of the MJ albums, I’m not a massive fan of the picture discs

Found a bargain on eBay just now, got the Beatles 1967-1970 for £19!

Great purchase Dandy :wub: I also had an eBay shop - got The Cure - 'Disintegration' *.* and outside of eBay, purchased Taylor's 'Evermore', now to wait until May :cry: :lol:
