Kygo & Ella's success has really shocked me, it seems Ella's name now has a lot of power considering the last Kygo track peaked in the 50s. Seems to me that Ella would probably be able to initially go top 10 on iTunes with an OA/OS release of a new solo single based on this!

I think it's more to do with the fact a huge chunk of songs have gone/are going OA.

I really can't quite see that happening, even if it does look like there's nothing on the horizon that could challenge them. I mean, there'll probably be something in the calibre of 1D or Justin releasing something randomly for a start.
