just a poll to see which chart people prefer.

 

I've grew accustomed to the friday chart now, and i quite like it being at the end of the working week instead of the end of the weekend, but I still miss the idea of a sunday chart. ^_^

Will always be Sunday.

No surprise the sunday chart is leading by far, however I expected that I was the only one who prefered the friday chart, surprising.

Sunday is way more better than Friday. Especially for monitoring the progress of new releases.

Much prefer the friday chart. Especially with it helping pave the way for on air/on sale releases.

The chart works better on a Sunday, but I prefer the new releases coming out on a Friday.

I cannot commit the time in a Friday. Sunday was perfect and the change was unnecessary but dressed up by the record companies to be necessary.

I preferred the chart show on a Sunday but I prefer the format of the week now with new releases on a Friday and mids Monday-Thursday. I think it was right to move it in line with the global release day ~

It took a while to get used to the Friday release, I actually don't mind it, as it ties it nicely with the global release strategy, but I still prefer Sundays as on Friday I can't commit to it, some people are still at work.

I prefer sunday - its the weekend and seems a more natural end to the week.

I don't care when the chart is but I definitely prefer having music released on a Friday as it's great to be able to buy something and then have a weekend off work to get to know an album.

Honestly surprised that the friday chart has so many votes, as far as I'd seen on the forum it was all bad vibes when it was first announced..

And I would really like to move the show to Saturday, as streaming data is missing so often that with all these "adjustments" the chart has technically become kinda fake. One day lag will help to gather almost all streaming data before the chart is revealed.

The Friday chart is much more convenient for me, as it allows me to most of my YTD calculations over the weekend...
