And yet those people who complain about Drake being #1 for ages still tune in to the chart religiously.....

To me the song is quite decent but it's ongoing run at #1 despite not being the best selling song anymore symbolizes how things are chartwise now so you just have to put up with it if the chart is still a big deal to you.

If you don't like how things are then don't tune in weekly to the chart. I used to be like a lot of you, getting excited every week for the charts but then things became stale and stagnant and I pretty much gave up. The last time I listened to the chart show was the week before Christmas last year.

Drake will be number one for more than ten weeks whether anyone likes it or not because that's how the state of the Official Chart is right now. The Official Chart will never be as good as it was 4 or more years ago ever again I think.

The beginning of the Shawn Mendes track sounds like Be The One fused with Don't Let Me Down. It's alright though, a lot better than Stitches but not as goodas the Summer one.

As in the Dua Lipa and The Chainsmokers songs??

Maybe this Shawn Mendes song will be more tolerable than I thought, still haven't heard it.

It sounds nothing like those songs

Still a great song though

It's pretty similar to 'Stitches', so I don't see it.

24. Alicia Keys - In Common

87. De La Soul - Pain (feat. Snoop Dogg)

106. Flo Rida - Hello Friday (feat. Jason Derulo)

452. Nick Jonas - Bacon (feat. Ty Dolla $ign)

1321. Fetty Wap - Westside (feat. Snoop Dogg)

118. R. Kelly - The World's Greatest (Radio Edit)

617. Johnny Wakelin - Black Superman (Muhammad Ali)

1087. Faithless - Muhammad Ali (Radio Edit)

Great to see Alicia climbing still. Hopefully she'll get good support from radio. BBC Radio 1/2 have given it some spins, so hope both of them will playlist it.
When now Drake's lead on Spotify is only 2K a day and Jt has still 50% lead on sales... Don't we think JT can do it this week? :)

Is it on any playlists?

I was hoping “Ali in the Jungle” by the Hours would get a boost. :( Brilliant single which I have on CD, originally got to #113 in November 2006.

On Apple Music and other streaming sites that count for the same, Drake has a large lead.

 41. Anne-Marie - Alarm

She performed it on Sunday Brunch this morning.

Ah the good old days when the words 'Drake' and 'stream' in the same sentence would refer to something like this...
