June 23, 20169 yr That is not good (against predictions) in Newcastle. I hope they aren't off by that sort of margin in most other places.
June 23, 20169 yr Wouldn't read too much in to Sunderland & Newcastle, I thought they would win both comfortably.
June 23, 20169 yr Hard to tell with this if the projections on a 50-50 split were wrong to begin with or if it really is bad for Remain. Need to see a London/mainland Scotland result first to gauge how the wind is blowing.
June 23, 20169 yr I don't know how you guys will have the stomach to watch this for the entire night. The nerves are crazy for me and I think every time I saw an announced result showing voters in favour of leaving I'd get a bit more filled with rage. Expecting to wake up to news of leaving tomorrow, which makes watching it unfold live not tremendously palatable.

June 23, 20169 yr Difficult to stomach. At least I can campaign for Scottish independence if there's a Brexit. I'd feel much worse if I was in England.
June 23, 20169 yr I was planning on staying up for a few hours, but I feel like this is going terribly, horribly wrong already so I may give up in a bit.
June 23, 20169 yr I'm feeling riddled with nerves already as well, Umi. This is the first time I've ever planned to stay up for a political event. Just too monumental for me to ignore, I'd be too curious :lol:Â (boo you Sunderland)
June 23, 20169 yr Whatever the outcome, I expect there will be riots. Â Need London to smash Leave out of the park really!
June 23, 20169 yr Yet AGAIN Scotland ignored. Clackmannanshire this time. Fairly small and rural probably most likely to be leave in the central belt. Impressed with Tasmina's handling of the indyref2 question that could have been a trap for her. Hard to tell with this if the projections on a 50-50 split were wrong to begin with or if it really is bad for Remain. Need to see a London/mainland Scotland result first to gauge how the wind is blowing. I think Orkney is fairly representative of mainland Scotland. And now we have Clackmannanshire in at 58/42   Sunderland in. 39/61. OH FUCK Leave now in the lead.
June 23, 20169 yr Difficult to stomach. At least I can campaign for Scottish independence if there's a Brexit. I'd feel much worse if I was in England. I'm counting on indyref2 coming through so I can pick up dual nationality, as I'm sure you are, to stay an EU national and the benefits that come with that.
June 23, 20169 yr I know it's early and all, but this doesn't feel like an auspicious start This is September 2014 all over again. From the moment that the Western Isles and Clackmannanshire voted no you knew it was over. With the two English votes, i'm starting to get that feeling again

Sadly this is giving me very similar VIBES. I'll wait to see some numbers from London first though.
