Both of those sound rather interesting, from like 10 seconds lmao

Slutland to P.I.S.S. all over the competition this month (except for me of course).

I've recycled one of my own Kylienips acts for this contest, I let Cody reveal :D

Anyhow enjoy, its a bit late for me to view this topic with work in the morning :drama:

omg this Cor Lupus song is actually so good, after listening in full

this AQ promo slot tho

Cor Lupus getting that hour long promo slot for themselves and Slutland I see. <_<

Now how about the rest of the players?

@#00274E: Station - "Secret"

The latest attempt at a #00274E comeback continues the streak of K-pop entries appearing at least once in a contest this year, with the only hit out of all of them being 4Minute's "Hate" representing Cadelicia. Maybe a deep house tinge only the land of numbers can churn out can change that.

Semi Draw: Semi 2, performing 9th

-

@Aelandor: Relient K - "Cat"

Only Aelandor can be brave enough to send a cat-related act to the country of wolves. They've had a weak streak so far, with an opening 4 DNQ's so far - can the Canton natives and their feline attraction enough for them to run with the wolves?

Semi Draw: Semi 2, performing 22nd

-

@Aeroche: Project 46 f/Haley - "Stars"

Canadian producer duo Project 46 represented Mulgracia TWICE during the course of the contest - are they seeing stars with a new country on their team? This month, they team up with Haley, the vocalist of deadmau5 & Kaskade's "I Remember" for their latest single "Stars".

Semi Draw: Semi 1, performing 16th

-

@Aeyundore: Billie Ray Martin - "The Glittering Gutter (Dave Aude Remix)"

Aeyundore brings in who the Germans may consider a veteran to the industry, Billie Ray Martin. With a career spanning all the way to the end of the Cold War, she makes her first appearance in BJSC from a single from her first solo album in 13 years. Can she give Aeyundore their first final under the new name?

Semi Draw: Semi 2, performing 26th

-

@Altyr_Muunilinst: SHAED - "Running Through The Fields"

DC electro-pop trio SHAED, consisting of twins Spencer and Max Ernst and frontwoman Chelsea Lee, have been compared to the likes of previous BJSC entrants such as Kiiara and Bishop Briggs; can their first outing perform just as well as those two?

Semi Draw: Semi 2, performing 23rd

-

@Avalonia: Silver Cities f/Hayley Jensen - "Lights"

What did The Voice Australia contestant Hayley Jensen do before joining the show? She formed the band Silver Cities, consisting of herself, drummer Peter Wright, and guitarist Sam Young. This is a more pop-rock effort from Avalonia after the classical-infused "I Do" reached the top 10 last month.

Semi Draw: Semi 1, performing 7th

-

@Beaverdonia: Geo Louis - "Him"

Back in 84, Beaverdonia sent a lesbian anthem by Gia, and after two vetoed they've once again decided to don their rainbow flag with pride by sending gay anthem "Him" by Geo Louis. Articles have buzzed around this track praising the "Hollywood gay story" behind it. Last time they sent an LGBT+ anthem, they made the top 20.

Semi Draw: Semi 1, performing 19th

-

@Bignia-Zaragovina: Chord Overstreet - "Homeland"

At this point in their career, Bignia-Zaragovina have done it all: they've sent soundtrack songs from movies and TV shows, sent acts that haven't reached puberty, and now they have found a way to send a Glee alum without skirting the veto. Enter Chord Overstreet, an opener for Demi & Nick's Future Now tour, and now the latest entrant for BigZara. Is this a recipe for disaster, or will he end up taking the country to new heights?

Semi Draw: Semi 2, performing 15th

-

@Botanikka: ALMA - "Karma"

Everyone better run (run run run run) because Botanikka ain't playing this time around. Not to be confused with Cadelicia's ALMA (who in her SoundCloud goes by Alma The Watcher and is based in Los Angeles), Botanikka sends this Voice of Finland alum with her debut major label release. With some Spotify exposure under her belt, can she bring the karma to the game?

Semi Draw: Semi 1, performing 11th

-

@Brechtoria: Kelsea Ballerini - "XO"

This contest sees the return of platinum-selling artist Kelsea Ballerini with an album track from her debut album The First Time. Ultraviolenceland introduced this country starlet to BJSC with her debut single "Love Me Like You Mean It". Can she help Brechtoria break out?

(Also buy "Peter Pan" on iTunes because it is GORGE.)

Semi Draw: Semi 2, performing 10th
