The new Avenged Sevenfold one is fantastic. It would be quite something if this somehow made official top 40. Anyway hopefully it will be popping up on BJSC or Nuggets soon...

I have a feeling this is going to blow up, absolute monster of a tune! Something different from the dance in the charts too, which should be welcomed. The type of song that would have charted top 10 after a held-back release a few years ago.

I thought 'Wake Up' was an iTunes/sales chart top 5?

I think you're right on the sales chart front (as it got a simultaneous physical release iirc). But their label's bizarre decision to put the single up for pre-order before anyone had heard it meant it only got to about 10/11 on iTunes before freefalling as fanbase preorders no longer affect the rolling chart. That's how I remember it going, at least.

Hope streaming picks up for both of them

I thought it stalled at 11 - I might be wrong though

Correct! It had a very messy release really, this is already being handled much better. Delighted to see it top 10 :D

Agreed - the whole of the second album campaign for the Vamps seemed odd and not done very well. Which is odd considering how well the first album release/ single releases went.

Its good to see this is off to an excellent start :)

I think this was as high as #12 or #13 on iTunes a few weeks ago then dropped like a stone, I think it be lucky to go top 40 nevermind top 10.

So pleased The Vamps have gone Top 10 - they have always been a guilty pleasure so I hope this era is successful for them.

The 2nd album is SO good but the whole campaign was a hot mess. I think the record company expected it to just take off with minimal effort.

Still quite stable I guess, with a video premiere this week too. High on Shazam, so if radio back it who knows? Think we need something that sounds a little different in the chart right now anyway.
