April 15, 20179 yr Brooke Fraser not even above the line? I think that is an absolutely surefire top 5 at the very least and have it as a pretty heavy favourite to win. PersepBet odds possibly coming some time after semi results ~
April 15, 20179 yr Author Brooke Fraser not even above the line? I think that is an absolutely surefire top 5 at the very least and have it as a pretty heavy favourite to win. PersepBet odds possibly coming some time after semi results ~That's normally what I think about songs that will do extremely well but won't win. I thought the same thing about Jackie Tech back in November - the "it will do really well but won't win so that's why it's below the line" deal. Predicting about ~5th-7th for it but it will most likely come short of winning. Unovia is starting to be the Lindsay Arnold of BJSC - getting really far but ending up short every time. (yay more DWTS references ~)
April 15, 20179 yr I am not really getting the Cadelicia hype! I know that Blackpink have a bit of buzz on Buzzjack with 'Boombayah' but to my ears it sounds like a standard Daehun Asian entry. Idk, maybe it will do alright but just not getting the winnery vibes~ However, I do think you could be on the money with Hushkanukia doing really well! Personally I think that Unovia are coming for a runaway win here! Sounds like something that will get points across the board with its wide appeal. I am pleased to see you have faith in Rolloland  It seems like the kind of thing you either LOVE or don't get, so presumably one to pull in the big points. Woo @ those Singerpurear and Persephonia odds too x Really happy with the odds for myself so far!! Would love a first 2017 top 10 with this song.
April 15, 20179 yr I have done projected finishes based on the semi results, interesting to see people's odds with those in my hands :kink:
April 15, 20179 yr trifoddski opening odds~ not too sure yet, blackpink seem to be buzzjack popular kinda so that could end up being the first kpop winner but the co-hosts will surely be in contention. superpowers might be the one people underestimate but who knows :3 drones club would be like 10/1 usually but y'all know me better than to do that x 3/1 | Cadelicia | BLACKPINK - Playing With Fire 3/1 | Unovia | Brooke Fraser - Kings & Queens 4/1 | Hushkanukia | Oonagh - Aule and Yavanna 6/1 | Pupok | Jennifer Rostock - Schlaflos 8/1 | Aeroche | Merely - Backdraft 10/1 | Ojnoj | Saara - Superpowers 12/1 | Jadakissnia | BÖ - Waqqaberry 14/1 | Hendinia | Dolly Style - Bye Bye Bby Boo 14/1 | FARC | Noella Nix - Bad Things 16/1 | Cor Lupus | Mirror Talk - Some Boys 16/1 | Persephonia | Knarsetand - Bad Trip 16/1 | Ramrynia | Thomas Rhett - Craving You (ft. April 15, 20179 yr Brooke Fraser might have that crossover appeal but let's not forget that BLACKPINK potentially can sweep big points from pop whores!!! oh and BLACKPINK>>>>>>>Brooke Fraser
April 15, 20179 yr I wish I went with my gut instincts and sent BLACKPINK months ago but backed out as it was incredibly cheap after Boombayah got vetoed. Love the song to bits :(
April 15, 20179 yr Good to see my price shorten a little bit. The songs I voted for are scattered all over that betting. I'm looking forward to seeing the results.
April 15, 20179 yr I really like BLACKPINK - Playing With Fire, but I really can't see it winning! I dunno. Like Jade said, it just sounds like an ordinary Daehun entry, and even with the BLACKPINK name attached to it, I don't think it could do quite that well. Happy to be proven wrong though as I've been a big supporter of Daehun's entries (and this month is no different!) so I have no qualms with Cadelicia doing well! It's just I dunno if it's enough to appeal wider. Who knows, maybe those who love 'BOOMBAYAH' might feel a little underwhelmed, as it's not as in your face or as catchy!
April 15, 20179 yr I wish I went with my gut instincts and sent BLACKPINK months ago but backed out as it was incredibly cheap after Boombayah got vetoed. Love the song to bits :( Literally same here! Been considering sending it for ages, but the two vetoes prior had me S H O O K. Hoping it does well anyway!
April 15, 20179 yr Playing With Fire is good but quite far off Boombayah imo, I think Blackpink are a tad overrated on here personally
April 16, 20179 yr My possible way out odds :') 2/1 D'yermak'er - Oh Wonder - Ultralife 3/1 Unovia - Brooke Fraser - Kings and Queens 3/1 Huskanukia - Oonagh - Aule and Yavanna -- 4/1 Trifoski - Drones Club - Hurricane 4/1 Rolloland - Steven Wilson - Routine 4/1 Ojnoj - SAARA - Superpowers 4/1 Hendinia - Dolly Style - Bye Bye Bby Boo 4/1 Alytr Muunilinst (Will edit in artist and song title for the rest later) 4/1 Cadelicia 7/1 Jadakissnia 7/1 Aeroche 9/1 Kluminican Republic 9/1 Singerpurear 9/1 Pupok 10/1 Espen 10/1 Seyetana 10/1 Aelandor 18/1 Ramrynia 18/1 FARC 18/1 #00274E 20/1 Aesthetica 20/1 Dobago 20/1 Republic of Adonia 20/1 Alteria 20/1 Quintessa 25/1 Taahino 25/1 Azure 25/1 Daehun 25/1 Cor Lupus 25/1 Persephonia 25/1 South Danaelanda 32/1 Bignia-Zaragovina 32/1 FSR Rontvia 32/1 Oslol 34/1 Ultraviolenceland 40/1 Flijovatik 40/1 TARO Bellamia 40/1 Yehesi 44/1 Summericia 44/1 Tinnmark 55/1 Kylienips Loads of top 5/10 contenders & several winning contenders here ;o
