July 16, 20178 yr Anyways... turns out plug.dj was bang on the money about 'Haide' after all, I would never have called that winning at all! Thought it had a strong chance of top 5 but no better. Congrats Yu on an actually unexpected winner (it wasn't far off my commiserations, though I would have preferred a Cor Lupus/Altyr win). This is... a rather disappointing top 10, I gave a grand total of one point to the entire top 8 (mostly fairly good songs but none of the major standouts) :drama: pleased that FSR and Klum sneaked in to improve it a bit though. Yayy for FLJ and Varakë being just outside as well and Trifoski/Jadakissnia (and by my count St. Burbia) making the top 20. Thanks for the show Suedey!

Nowhere near my fave (obviously) but a solid pop song and I'm genuinely surprised to see people think of it as a "shock" winner... :lol: Oh and OF COURSE thank you to Suede for hosting! July 17, 20178 yr Thanks to everyone who voted for Death Team, obviously overpredicted again but I noticed a lot of lower points so at least it appealed to quite a few. Might go with an Italian Bjork-style entry next contest, haven't completely decided yet.

Pretty surprised to see Cor Lupus so high too, that was a firm fave though! Really shocked at how poorly Yehesi and Beaverdonia did, was hoping both would make top 20. Also I wish I'd tuned in live for this, the constant first-place turnover was pretty insane! Bring on 97 :D
