September 8, 20178 yr Silence sounded alright, nothing revolutionary though, wish it was a different Khalid feature in the top 40 in the form of the Logic song! Spirit is actually pretty good!
September 8, 20178 yr Omg this phreshness! I don't know much of Marshmello except that helmet thing he wears. I was however recently introduced to the vocals of Khalid (yes, vocals Greg, not production ) via the brilliant '1-800-273-8255' This sounds pretty good on first listen :o particularly the chorus pre-drop, Khalid sounds great. <3 You've never heard Location or Young Dumb & Broke ?!? :drama: I think we need another plug.dj session :heehee: Yay at Khalid finally get some breakthrough success :cheer:
September 8, 20178 yr I'm both surprised and unsurprised that silence is in the top 40, the streams for this have been phenomenal. What's gotten into ACR this week?
September 8, 20178 yr Silence sounded alright, nothing revolutionary though, wish it was a different Khalid feature in the top 40 in the form of the Logic song! Spirit is actually pretty good! Could happen if streaming kicks up a gear. It's 59p this week on iTunes too!
September 8, 20178 yr I think 'Did You See' is a lot more memorable than this BUT it is actually hitting me way quicker than that ever did! Bit of a jam :music: You've never heard Location or Young Dumb & Broke ?!? :drama: I think we need another plug.dj session :heehee: Nope!! :o you need to introduce me to these songs pronto x
September 8, 20178 yr Young, Dumb & Broke is an incredible song from Khalid. I'm hoping radio support picks up for it in the future!
September 8, 20178 yr Young Dumb & Broke was fun, didnt realise it was a single. The Logic song is also fab

September 8, 20178 yr Don't understand the altering of Rita's vocals on this, but it's a good track nonetheless.
September 8, 20178 yr Lonely Together is great but I'm really hoping for Without You to start smashing soon.
September 8, 20178 yr I think 'Did You See' is a lot more memorable than this BUT it is actually hitting me way quicker than that ever did! Bit of a jam :music: Nope!! :o you need to introduce me to these songs pronto x Indeed! Location was his big US hit so we'll start with that next time I'm on :heehee: "Did You See" is definitely the J Hus track that has stuck with me the most but I'm enjoying "Spirit" a fair bit too at the moment. I wish "Common Sense" got a bigger push though as that is much catchier in my opinion but didn't get much airplay outside of Radio 1XTRA if I recall correctly
September 8, 20178 yr Lonely Together is great but I'm really hoping for Without You to start smashing soon. It's probably not going to, Lonely Together is being pushed here in the UK.
September 8, 20178 yr I think the pitching of Rita's vocals works brilliantly on this tbh  Avicii's best in ages, possibly ever for me! :o

September 8, 20178 yr First time hearing 'Lonely Together'! I was a bit dubious about this because I've already heard 'Without You' and that wasn't great, but this thankfully sounds decent. Even if Rita's vocals are a bit indistinguishable
