Wow at Grace... she's a fine singer but the song was pretty average to my ears. I didn't watch the episode today but need to look up Rak-Su's performance, I quite liked their earlier original songs.
 16. Blinded By Your Grace, Pt. 2 (feat. MNEK) - Stormzy

This always struck me as the perfect song for this time of year, so props to Stormzy for pushing this as a single now!

I would argue Stormzy is a bigger artist at the moment, people really love him and it was a good idea to get him onto the show.

Re Liam Payne

Edited by Steve201

@MNEK: guys what do you do when youve come back from a date to find out that Labrinth was singing your song on X Factor instead of you? cos rn idk

I'd be pissed!

Oh, that's really awful that they didn't even ask him!?

After the shit he's done for SyCo this last year or so... that's really rude!

I looked on the Big Top 40 website just now and apparently Liam Payne was at #10 on their chart which is supposed to be the iTunes top 10. That didn't really happen did it?

No, they often make it up to save any embarrassment for acts calling in to the show. They have done it on the past for many a failed pop act

Liam didn't call into the show though. Gorgeous by Taylor Swift was also #11 despite being in the 30's on iTunes. Matt Terry as well was 14 and he's in the 50's. Even the songs that are in the top 10 on both the iTunes and the big top 40 chart are kind of out of order. Charlie Puth has been top 5 on iTunes all day but he's #8 on the Top 40, so maybe they've changed the format?

Yeah, it used to be the top 10 as it stood at 6pm on Sunday, and 11-40 were the most downloaded songs of the whole week, but judging by the sounds of that they've given a total overhaul to the format.

Reading their website it sounds like they've totally scrapped the 'live iTunes Top 10 aspect'. It just says it based on iTunes downloads, Apple Music streams (No Spotify ) and airplay from their stations.

So basically in queen's english, it's made up.
