Welcome to the BJSC 109 Sky Box for the contest set in Cor Lupus (for the second time, I still haven't fully processed it but whatever). I know y'all were expecting something spooky bc Halloween is like sacred, but this seems like a good alternative. It's time to take aim at the sky this month! Think you can keep up?

In the meantime let's watch Kaycee win Big Brother

I'm on such a BJSC high following my result with Somnium so bring it on *.* plus I loved your last contest! I sent 'Scope' to that one which was one of my biggest hits but it'll be quite the opposite this time I feel, got something pretty risky and experimental.
Slaycee Clark my queen

I had a pretty Cody-friendly song lined up (a super high energy Japanese rhythm game banger) but I'm gonna hold onto that for another contest as I've been finally revisiting a song I bookmarked about 6 months back and have now properly fallen in love with it - going for a beautiful song with some strong Arca vibes

(liking the aesthetic of this contest thus far x)

The song I have in mind I guess in a way could be related to the theme? Not sure if it'll even be the one I confirm but as of now that's the plan.
I’m continuing with on my current path and an either entering an Austrian signing in German or a German singing in English

Oh darn, these clash with something else I had planned x Never mind, the more music the better ofc.

Debating between some foreign drum'n'bass esque punk or a glorious 80s-inspired pop song, time for a break from the niche instrumentals for now x

I've got a pop bop, again safer than Vain and Ghost like Sumasshedshaya was, but I'm in love with it and have to send it
Not 100% set on an entry yet, but I’m thinking prog house banger
I'm entering a great song from 2018 that I discovered a couple of weeks ago by a group I've never heard of and it's only four minutes long. I'm hoping it might appeal to a broad range of countries.

If we're getting anything similar to your PFSC entry last time then I'm all for it!
Seeing as we're in Cor Lupus it's probably time to go trance again. Though we seem to be cursed on every attempt for an 11th consecutive qualifier, if we DNQ this time it'll be the third time we've got 10 before a DNQ so the pressure is on. :o

I'm gonna go the opposite of the light and fluffy pop that I sent last contest and play up my one rock entry per year with some symphonic rock! Gunning for Iz approval tbh
I have an utter bop primed and ready to go. Odd numbered contests (George Maple, Metroplane, Alice Merton) have generally been good for me this year!
Got a couple of choices for this month, but I'm leaning towards this track that sounds like if The Ting Tings and SOPHIE covered "Like a G6" for a cheerleading mix. It's super high energy and fun! A definite departure from the norm for Aesthetica, but I'd say that for any of top potentials I have for this contest.

Omg I'm already so here for this

not set on an entry but I'm thinking either an electric guitar underwater adventure or a pulsating house anthem both accompanied by wailing. sounds appealing i know.

Same, at least for the one month. We've been in sync with sending instrumentals vs. non-instrumentals for pretty much the entire year in fact! ('Koto'/'Yarada Lij' in 103 was the only one where we differed and even then 'Koto' only had vocals at the start then turned into an instrumental). :magic:

Drum n bass esque punk sounds interesting ~
