Been streaming this tonight (I’ve been playing Disco non stop since this morning :kink:)

It really is such an incredible album - sublime, it’s also astounding that Kylie can jump from Golden to Disco and pull it off.

Lots of Golden/SBIT items reduced on the Kylie website now

Just saw that.... £5 for the Christmas cassette at long last.....picture vinyl really cheap now too...incredible how Golden did great on physicals but they still have stock whereas Disco formats almost all sold out...perhaps they produced less or it’s also harder to produce more due to Covid-19.

^^ I think they overproduced on Golden & Disco hence why there are picture discs and cassettes left years later, they really are fan only items and quite a hard sell to the general public.

They have waited far too long to reduce some of the items too but hopefully they will pick up a few sales.

Great album is Golden it falls in or around the middle of her albums for me but I would prefer Disco aswell. At the moment I'd probably rate Disco as 6th and Golden 7th among her studio albums.

Five years since Golden was released!

Still one of my favourite Kylie albums, if not my favourite - perfection from start to finish.

I do like Golden, strong album with plenty of songs i like but i do prefer Disco as i go back to more of the songs from that album. With Golden, Dancing, Musics too sad without you and Stop me from Falling are the 3 i listen to the most and stop me from falling has really connected me more so now than when it was released.

Gosh, 5 years!

I remember the day it was released very well, we were on some away training day with work. It was gruelling and mind-numbingly boring, but made worth it by going out to buy this at the end of the day!

I believe this is one of her very best albums! The whole rollout was excellent, the quality of songs and cohesiveness were on top, and I think Kylie herself grew a lot as an artist making this album.
Kylie definitely grew as an artist and I think she had great passion in the album which you could see in all the performances.
