I don't think there will be any mids in the next fortnight with Christmas and New Years Day falling on a Tuesday. iTunes and Spotify topics will be your best friend, I expect normal services will resume the week of 7 January 2019. If we have any info it will be posted when its available. Its all been done before, Yes the lyrics are sh!t but to be dramatic to say its making a mockery of the charts is an over reaction.
December 20, 20187 yr I personally think it's great that songs like LadBaby can do so well in the charts, it shows that we don't take ourselves too seriously (even if the song itself is rubbish). A song like this would never hit the charts in America.

I really hope Ava can still get to #1 at a later date anyway, preferably preventing Mariah from taking it next week please :P I guess I can never be mad at a song making a good amount of money for charity and all but this honestly is going to be probably the worst song to ever get Christmas #1, I usually love a novelty hit but this is just painfully cringeworthy. Interesting that during the week of the Xmas #1 there have been three different songs that were odds-on favourites at some point. Has that ever happened before? I’d agree but NHS Choir sounded worse :lol: Also would be nice for Mariah to finally get number 1 but then it opens up the concern that it would happen every last week of every year.
