Losing charted at #56!
That's the one I was meant to refer to in my original post!

True, and the point does still stand! It's just that emphasis was put on only having 'ONE' of her own songs charting when it isn't actually only one, I thought I'd correct it :D
I Could Get Used To This is a joint credit isn't it? (Sorry I still can't establish whether we include "And"/"&"/"x" etc.. as a lead credit or not ha!)

It is still primarily her song though - the distinction between joint lead and featured credits is getting increasingly blurry of late really.

I Could Get Used to This is primarily Becky's song! [edit: oops Bray beat me to it]

I suppose there's quite a few rent-a-rappers that could fall into this category. Ty Dolla $ign jumps out initially to me - if I've counted correctly he's had 13 top 100 hits but the only one as a "lead" was his Greatest Showman: Reimagined cover of The Other Side with MAX

Kinda cheating a bit here but, aside from the obvious, Pharrell has only had a couple of hits in his own right. Obviously producing is a big part of his work and he had some chart success with NERD too. I'm surprised he's not had more songs as a lead artist where he produces the song and has someone else sing on it, like with Calvin Harris.
I don't know why RAYE's solo material hasn't really done much chart-wise. I thought The Line would have done a lot better than it did.
I think there's still time for RATE, she's not really been around that long and her songs have sold well despite their peaks.
Ty Dolla Sign seems to have about 13821093834 hits as a feature but none of his own (unless you count like 83 people getting a joint credit for Sucker For Pain)

Keri Hilson had more hits as feature than as a main artist too didn’t she
</3 What a star. In A Perfect World... is one of my fave albums of all time and No Boys Allowed was so good too! Ugh. I need album 3.

(But yeah, you're right)

Normani I think will fall into this category too.

She’s not really strong enough musically or likeable enough to sell a single on her own but I imagine she’ll do reasonably well on tracks as a featured artist.

Sadly Xtina post-Back to Basics  You Lost Me and Bound to You should have been as big as Say Something
You Lost Me is gorgeous! My favourite Christina ballad! There's a performance when she's sat on the floor and gives the best vocal performance, everything is just perfect.
