Diane Abbott makes one mistake in one interview and drinks a can of 3% cocktail on the train and she deserves sacked for sheer incompetence. Priti Patel illegally colludes with Israel while on a fake 'holiday' and then lies about it to the government and that's just an honest mistake we should forgive her for because everyone makes them?

 

I just don't see how it adds up on a logical level. At the very least the two should be on a par despite the magnitude of Patel's crime being far greater than Abbott's. But instead your position is that one deserves punished and the other deserves immediately forgiven with no punishment. Why?
