I always feel slightly nervous to listen to these songs that get unanimous massive praise on BuzzJack in case I end up being contrarian and not liking them lamfoo, this is probably the most hyped I've seen a song on here since 'Physical'.

However, much like 'Physical', I think the hype is mostly justified, this is v v v good. Definitely seeing the Robyn comparisons! (Except I probably already like it more than I like any Robyn song tbh)

I think. This era is the gift that keeps on giving

1. Overtime

2. Save A Kiss

3. Ooh La La

4. Spotlight

5. Mirage (Don't Stop)

6. Adore You

The only track remotely close to being a dud is 'Adore You'. The rest are 8+/10.

The last time I followed an artist releasing banger after banger over a long period of time before releasing the remainder of the album was the War On Drugs in 2017 and that turned out very well indeed.

Save A Kiss > Ooh La La > Adore You > Spotlight > Mirage (Don't Stop)

'Mirage (Don't Stop)' is quite far behind the others for me but the other 4 are all v good. x

"Mirage" definitely easily my least favourite of the collection so far too, but it's still good
have they changed their mind bout pushing album back more or did someone post it too early and quickly remove the updated Facebook banner I saw? still says 19th June at moment
I’m really hoping the album version of Save a Kiss is longer as the ‘single edit’ release suggests it will be, I always want it to go on for another minute as the strings build

I recall Midnight being tagged with "single edit" and a slightly longer version appearing on the album, so fingers crossed for the same this time! The more Save a Kiss, the better!

As long as the album versions don't have 'album edit' on the end of their Spotify tags or whatever please. I hate having the extraneous 'single edit' tag on what is currently the only version of the song available.
