March 2, 20206 yr Four potential Top 10 debuts in the albums, and there was me thinking it was a dead week :o
March 2, 20206 yr Gaga doing so well  I was expecting top 15 at best for a new pop single from her so #2 at this point is amazing
March 2, 20206 yr Author would be great if Caribou could score another top 10 album! didn't expect Beabadoobee to have a charting single let alone a potential top 40 hit *.* granted it's just a pitched sample but it's still a good tune
March 2, 20206 yr I reckon it'll be more like 13-14k but we'll see, definitely a low sales week though.
March 2, 20206 yr ^ since the addition of streaming data what is the lowest weekly sale for a number 1 album?
March 2, 20206 yr Blossoms got a 2nd week at #1 with 7,948 for their self-titled album in 2016. Even last year, Pink got a 3rd week at #1 with 11,592. Lewis should surpass both of those totals easily this week.
March 2, 20206 yr Jonas Brothers hovering just outside the top 20 again! It needs to go top 20 at the very least, deserves to be a #1 it's my favourite song of the year (so far)
March 3, 20206 yr I assume Gaga will end up at around 5-ish once the week is over as her streaming is decreasing. Still, debuting top ten with a new single is good these days. It'll be interesting to see if she can build on streaming over the next few weeks or if she just caught streamers curiosity on week one and she won't be able to cross-over on streaming properly.
March 3, 20206 yr As the song is a dance track I assume that it might actually stay in top 10/15 for a while as the party people and people who listen to dance music are discovering it. See also: Regard, Meduza, Jax Jones etc. Edited March 3, 20206 yr by SKOB
March 3, 20206 yr if it sticks around, it depends totally on playlist support, if HH supports it more and places it into their top 10, it can be a long-lasting hit that's why Regard, Meduza were hits, not because they were dance music, few dance music charts these days sadly and it's only the heavily-HH-supported only
March 3, 20206 yr Top 100 Singles 1 The Weeknd - Blinding Lights (23.4k) 2 Lady Gaga - Stupid Love (18.3k) * 3 SAINt JHN - Roses (17.7k) 4 Billie Eilish - No Time To Die (16.7k) 5 Roddy Ricch - The Box (14.8k) Stupid Love deserves that #1 spot (Blinding Lights is still a great song). Funny how a lot of the songs in these charts are from TikTok
March 3, 20206 yr Fantastic result for gaga didnt think the success of ASIB would carry over to her solo stuff
