Was not expecting it but I guess its one to add to the stats! Can't believe we went from being the best received entry on BeatSense in semi 1 to last place in the final! I think we had less voters than we did in the semi :lol:

I think this is my 2nd or 3rd last place?

 

She's The Queen 'Talk To Me' was definitely last and Mome 'Aloha' was pretty close too.

 

Looking through the entries page - I think Invader Girl 'Starting Fires (MS MR Remix)' was also a last place :lol:

Just catching up on the last few sets of votes. Very well hosted Rob, was greatly done and much fun to follow.

 

Really pleased with 161 points for Zuzu, and an 18 from Silas *.* I wasn't expecting it to qualify so to not finish bottom 10 is fab, although was teased for a top 20 finish for most of the contest. Three qualifiers and semi-decent finishes in a row, has to count as being on a roll for me!

 

I thought Jayrusalem might have done better, a great tune much underappreciated.

Farahtyn and Greenfroze jointly hold the record for most last places in the final, each doing it 4 times - this was the third for Kluminican Republic (indeed following She's The Queen and Invader Girl, Møme was 2nd from last!) Medhelnia, New Lexico, N-Lazone, Ojnoj, Tartford, Terra Avium, Vülkyria and Zechonia each also have 3.

 

Farahtyn also have the record for most last places in the semi-final with a total of 7 - impressive in its own way that their records in both of these categories still haven't been surpassed and that this one hasn't even been matched :lol: There are five countries who have 6 semi-final last place finishes each, 4 of which are still active - if any of East Rukahavian, Niceland, Singerpurear or Tartford get one more semi-final wooden spoon they will tie the record. Zechonia also had 6 of them (and they do tie the record of 7 if you count them also coming last in the BJSC 64 semi-finals, but those results aren't considered 'official' in the stats as the semis were cancelled and their results only revealed months later).

Glad to hear I'm not joint worst just yet :') it's not even the first time I've finished 41st of all the positions!!

Congrats to Jack! Definitely a worthy winner, I still can't get over how much Betty nailed the Max Martin boyband vibe.

 

I love that top 10, rare for my taste to be this much aligned with the rest of BJSC! Just sad that Greenfroze dropped as far as 24th when they were top 10 for so long.

 

Super well done on hosting Rob! I also enjoyed the representatives for each country, especially how they got weirder as time went on, the one section with a duck and pink fluffy unicorn followed later by Doug The Pug and Genghis Khan *.* A lot of amusing choices among the more predictable ones :P
