We've finally got the song! Now we've heard it, it's time to PREDICT.

Where will 'Rain On Me' debut in the UK and where will its eventual peak be? Will it debut in week 1?

Predict in the poll above and share your responses - as the week goes on we can see how close (or far) we all were :P

I'm going to be fairly cautious and say top 5 for a debut, and also a top 5 peak (with the peak coming in week 1). It should be able to match 'Stupid Love's #5 position I would've thought, but maybe not do enough to sneak the top 3.

If things are similar to this week, it won’t be too difficult to get to #2, but the #1 is quite far ahead - I’m fairly optimistic that it could reach the #2 spot and peak week 1

The issue is the #2-#4 are all very close this week so if it don’t quite reach those sales it could go from #2 to #5 pretty easily

I can't see it not debuting at #1! The sales are reachable and the video being released will help it's streams massively. I'm thinking #1 with about 62k (#2 perhaps around 50k)

(However I'd be more than happy with a top 5 debut and a climb to #1 or something - I just think everything is in it's favour to debut there at the moment)

#1 is doable (and it’d Gagas first debut there too)

Sales aren’t that high!!

I don’t know though I don’t want to get carried away.

It’s either gonna be her first #1 debut or another top 3 smash.

I think wherever it is this week will be it’s peak but I don’t think the second week will be a huge kinda drop.

I don’t know.

I’ll need to wait until the debut of it on Spotify. It’s push is very similar to Dont Call Me Angel as in its top of Today’s Top Hits and high on Apple playlists but surprisingly low on HHUK.

I could definitely see it debuting top two, especially with it being #1 on iTunes and the video will have huge streaming. We will know tomorrow for definite if it could debut at #1!

It depends on its streams. I think it's got a good shot at #1 but I'm going #2 to be safer.. The gap between the 2-4 this week for example proves that it should be easier for Gaga and Ariana to beat SL's peak!

This is for debut and peak probably #2 as well but could just as well peak at #1!

I've gone for top 3 (#2 in particular) just behind 'Rockstar'. I reckon debut sales between 40-50k which should push it ahead of the rest of the competition. My hopes are for a #1 but I'm not sure just yet - will need to see how its streaming does tomorrow. I think this week will be its peak, however I get the feeling this will hang around longer than Stupid Love. Hopefully it can stay in the top 10 until it hits ACR. I'd imagine the release of Chromatica next week will also held maintain it's chart positions for the first few weeks.

57K were what the #1 sold this week.

55K from streams 2k from sales.

This will definitely do more than that in paid for sales it’s probably sold more than that just today! But what will streams be like that’s the question.

The #2 track sold 37k. Which is less than what Stupid Love opened with and I’m definitely expecting more from this.

Should be #2 at least considering the sales! I don't think anything else is in contention to climb up? I will stick with my prediction of #2 - this also has the opportunity of climbing to #1 next week with an album boost. Album boosts seem to be stronger than ever thanks to how they count streaming for the charts nowadays.
