It breaks my heart and it's easy to see why she'll likely never perform this! It's just so tender and raw!

'ghostin' is my favourite album track :wub: it's so breath-taking. From her angelic vocals, to the gut-wrenching lyrical content to the stunning strings. I'm so glad that we got the opportunity to send it to AF Idol and that the decision paid off, was wonderful to see multiple people enjoying it as a discovery <3

Okay don't jump me because I know how personal it is to her and lots of y'all but this is my least fav on the album oop. I've always liked it, I mean I pointed it in AFSC but it's just a little ploddy for me to properly stan. It has grown though and it's hard not to feel chills at the emotion of the song :(

Yeah that's what I always took from it. They broke up really shortly after didn't they? Aww Ari :(

'make up' is similar to 'fake smile', fairly forgettable but it works nicely enough as an album track. 'bad idea' being surrounded by the 2 most forgettable songs imo just highlights how much of a standout it is even more :lol:

 

'ghostin' a beautiful song as many have said already, definitely one that has grown on me over time as well. <3

I feel like I perceive In My Head like most of y'all do Ghostin', it's stunning not only lyrically but the trap beat is perfection. I stan the breakdown especially!! Every second is :wub:

This has never been a fave of mine, but I've always really liked it. Her voice on this is something else though!

In My Head was the biggest grower for me. The Cain/Abel line is a favourite of mine from the album.

 

Fun fact: There was meant to be a sample of Jack Nicholson in The Shining on this but it never got cleared.

What a brilliant back-to-back 'ghostin' and 'in my head' is just before the singles :wub: I love that this randomly got a bit more exposure thanks to the video released for 'Vogue' :lol: again, another lyrical highlight with the mental health themes. The execution of the chorus :heart:

 

This being reduced to merely an interlude on tour though :drama:

in my head isn't a major favourite but I always enjoy when I listen! Would be bottom half of the album for sure but that says more about the quality of the other tracks.

Probably my least favourite on the album - it's hook isn't that great for me unfortunately and when it's a similar vibe to the other tracks that makes it stand out even more! Maybe I need more time with it. Also made a little adjustment with needy rising a place.
