Paradise and Shotgun were level pegging for most of the vote, however the last days worth of votes pushed Paradise ahead by quite a way. The biggest climbs however come from In My Blood and My My My! Two songs which didn’t make the qualification zone last year, however zoom up into this years semi final. In My Blood was top 10 for quite a big of the vote before dropping back. My My My! Just missed out last year of auto-qualifying however gained strong support this year (makes up slightly for the other Troye songs which didn’t make it). Solo, Nothing Breaks Like a Heart and breatin’ were circling the top 5, in fact breathin’ looked set to make it before the last 2 votes saw it kicked out in favour off… Finalists 05 [12] Charli XCX & Troye Sivan - 1999 = 356pts 04 [04] Ariana Grande - God is a woman = 365pts 03 [03] Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper – Shallow = 440pts 02 [02] Calvin Harris & Dua Lipa - One Kiss = 440pts 01 [01] Ariana Grande - no tears left to cry = 695pts So not really big changes this year with just Nothing Breaks Like a Heart dropping out in favour of 1999. The Chari XCX and Troye Sivan song actually started very slowly, but was gaining throughout the week before the couple of votes pushed it clear and stopped an Ariana Grande hattrick in the top 5. As you can see from the final scores, no tears left to cry was a lock for the win and finishes over 250pts clear of 2nd place; possibly a sign its destined to win this year? Although One Kiss and Shallow finish on 440pts, One Kiss gained 25 votes to Shallow’s 22 which means it nabs the runner-up. 'Heart To Break' getting slightly closer to the top 35 :cheer: Don't know how 'Happier' is (still) more popular than 'FRIENDS' but at least both are moving in the right directions! Poor 'Honey', I enjoyed that top 20 debut last year. Surprised 'Mariners Apartment Complex' beat 'Venice Bitch' even with the former being... a much more accessible length. 'Panic Room' and 'In My Mind' out of the top 20 :cry: Nice to see 'Breathe' enter the top 20 and..... that's all I've got, I got the better results last year :') '1999' top 5 is cool though!
