WHAT WAS THAT judging??

 

For me A'Whora or Bimini were the clear winner this week with Lawrence maybe a distant third, or even Sister Sister perhaps!

 

Now convinced that we're in for a Lawrence win if she's even winning design challenges bc she'll eat up comedy.

right winner and the right person went home.

 

I loved Asstina but guuurl. It was so disappointing to see her not delivering what she was promising. I knew Ru was going to send her home as soon as Tia bended back down. Now I just hope this will boost Tias confidence and she'll excel a challenge soon, otherwise she'll leave in two episodes from now!!!

 

Lawrence had everything put together and looked amazing. White hair and white eyebrows were really cute little details. And I see someone made a comment that she looked old but isn't that her shtick?!! I don't think she was/is trying to look younger.

 

Other than that Lawrence/Ellie were the strongest duet with A'Whore/Tayce second best. Didn't care much about the others with exception Sister which it stood out as well.

I am quite disappointed to see Asstiana go this soon, but at the same time it's not THAT surprising. She had a strong first week, but last week wasn't that stand out-ish and this week was just very basic. Her look wasn't bad per se, but it just didn't tell anything. I am, however, delighted Tia is still in. I don't care what she wears, she is just a total joy and has so much personality (which is in my opinion a lot more important, outfits can be bought, personality not). Her lip sync was good as well and I hope she shines next week, as that challenge seems to be right up her street.

 

Quite surprised to see Lawrence winning. Her outfit was good, but Bimini, A'Whora and Sister Sister were stronger for me. LOVED Tayce's look as well- it really screamed fashion and I just love that kind of style.

 

It was nice to see A'Whora helping Tayce out, but I just can't get over her mean comments all the time. I strongly dislike nasty people and there are so many sweethearts in this season, that A'Whora just stands out in all the wrong ways. Even though she is not the weakest left, I really want her to go.

i also think the judging was spot on today. i was a little surprised at lawrence winning at first, but it was an immaculately put together look so i get it. bimini looked great but her dress was a little scraggly, and sister sister RLY shone. it's a shame she can't get seem to get much personality out on the runway though. i still feel like we know absolutely nothing about her :(

that's how i feel about sister sister! like i can't really massively fault anything she's done but i get nothing, almost NOTHING from her? her runway this week tho WAS gorgeous

This is what I’ve been saying since episode one. I remember talking about how Ellie was just a little bit forgettable personality-wise and then realized that I’d *actually* forgotten about Sister2. But I have to agree that her outfit was great this week, those BOOTS/TROUSERS :wub:

I think Asttina going episode 3 is the earliest a challenge winner has ever gone, placing wise I think Madam Laqueer, Scarlet Envy and Mayhem also came 10th. Oops. I think there was one from Drag Race Thailand who went like third or fourth out of a larger cast iirc as well so came lower technically.

 

Also, agreed on Sister Sister! Three episodes now and she has given me NOTHING, she hasn't done anything bad but she hasn't stood out in the slightest with anything she has done, and for me that's as bad as, if not worse than, being outright bad because at least you remember that! I know it's not her fault the editing isn't in her favour, maybe as more people go she will get a chance to be shown and stand out a it more.

I actually preferred Tia’s outfit to Veronicas and preferred Ellie’s to Lawrence’s

I'm happiest to see Asttina go! I feel like we've got the chance to know what she's about and didn't see her progressing much further anyway! For me Ginny had the worst outfit of the week so I was genuinely shocked that she survived! I thought it should've been Tia safe but I expected Asttina to be safe. Glad they're meriting her from going completely out of her comfort zone, if she had gone home especially after Ru recommended it to her I thought that would've been cruel!

 

A'whora or Ellie was my winner for this week! Whilst Lawrence was still good and probably amongst the contenders in a normal episode, I was surprised to see her win her duel as I thought Ellie looked the best she ever had done! Not mad though as I feel Lawrence should've won the first episode so it all balances out.

I loved the mini challenge, it was so fun! I really like the twist on pairing up the queens for the main challenge as well. I hope we see this challenge on the US version of drag race at some point!

 

I really thought Bimini was going to win. I was a little surprised that Lawrence won, as I thought Ellie did a little better. Not that Lawernce looked bad - she looked great.

 

It was so good to get a bit of background on Ginny and that they pushed themselves out of their comfort zone. :wub: I hope we'll see Ginny be a bit more open now as the competition continues. I was happy to see Sister Sister be supportive of Ginny and get a little screen time. I feel like she hasn't had much screen time at all this season. Her outfit was really good. Maybe she has the potential to be the dark horse of the competition?

 

I love Tia and her commentary. I was so happy to see her beat Asstina in the lip sync and deservedly so. Asstina's outfit was no where near anime girl. :lol:

 

Tayce did really well. I actually kinda preferred her look to A'Whora's. :kink:

 

Veronica did ok this week, although I feel she tried to do too much with the outfit? I was glad to see her stick up for Tia when A'Cunta was slagging her off.

 

Another good episode. I can't wait for next week.

Tia winning the lipsync was a bit of a gag moment but I agree completely. She has SO much charisma and is clearly better at performance type challenges than fashion. The entire judging panel was in stitches when she was explaining her outfit :')

 

Tayce is absolutely iconic, she's such a bitch but extremely entertaining and not OTT going out of her way to come for people.

Tayce is what A'whora THINKS she is imo, she's shady but not nasty, because there's being a bitch and there's just being nasty.
