Finishing in seventh place after a lengthy close battle with Mariah is Robbie Williams with his 2001 hit 'Eternity'. The song served as the fifth single from Robbie's Sing When You're Winning alongside 'The Road to Mandalay' and reached the top of the UK chart upon release, becoming Robbie's fourth #1 as a solo artist. I don't get the love for the track and actually I'm shocked it managed to chart at #1 despite the album being out for many months by the time of the single release. :o

The simple answer to this is that Eternity isn't on the album.

Eternity is a gorgeous song, always takes me back to Summer holidays as a 12 year old.

Gone with Fedde again even though it was the soundtrack to my first ever night clubbing.

Fedde le Go Away

X2

'Eternity' might not be a classic robbie track but is still nice enough for me. I have the CD single of it as well. Haven't heard it in years.

Finally! As if one of Mariah's best songs was nearly culled instead :drama:

Voting for Girlfriend now. Don't mind it but has always been one of those annoying songs.

That explains it! I thought it was odd having a fifth single go to #1 even in the physical age.

Mariah to leave pls!

I'm not generally a Mariah fan, but a quick "eh?!" at the votes for Mariah, it's one of her best tracks :o

Feddup Le Grande isn't one of anyone's best tracks...
