July 11, 20214 yr The most streaming points anything has had while on ACR in a week to date is 70,623 for Mariah around Christmas 2019. 3 Lions would need to beat that and do c.20k in downloads to get to #1 this week. In some ways, that would be an even bigger achievement than England winning :lol:

July 11, 20214 yr If I were Ed Sheeran I'd take my song off streaming for a couple of days if it looked like I was going to block Three Lions from #1. It would be a good publicity stunt and would probably make him and the song more popular in the long run. The whole ACR thing is good for speeding up the charts, but putting all songs more than 3 years old on it permanently is stupid and doesn't prevent the Christmas situation anyway, it was nice when random old songs would re-enter the charts for a bit in the download era.
