There are a few big albums coming out in the next few weeks, will they all hit #1? Or will some block others? :arrr:

Agree, think it's only the 2nd and 3rd of those weeks where the #1 outcome is in any doubt whatsoever (ABBA vs. Ed both times).
Voted the same as Jade, and I don't think it will be particularly close in any week (Ed week 3 will easily be bigger than Abba week 2).
Unpopular opinion, but I think Ed Sheeran will be #1 for 12/11 too - can see him outselling ABBA on their debut week

Havent they broken a record of pre orders?

I don't think Coldplay is even a contender in these battles.

Ed-Abba-Ed-Adele-Adele

Abba will hopefully break Sheerans run next week. Preorders alone have been massive!

I voted the same.

I wish Sheeran and Adele were releasing on the same week.

No chance that would ever happen lets be honest lol, even if Adele would probably end up on top she wouldn't want to take the risk of releasing on the same week as the 1 person who has any chance at all of blocking her from #1, and Ed most certainly wouldn't want to take the risk since he'd most likely get blocked at #2.

Yeah like most I suspect it will be

Ed

Abba

Ed

Adele

Adele

However, that 2nd week I am not sure, it could go either way. I follow chart sales and stats way less now than I did back in the day, but I suspect by the end of November, Overpass Grafitti will have taken off and I'm sure his label will push another song too. Not sure in the streaming era if the one single from Adele might hamper her 2nd week sales?
