January 7, 20224 yr Guess he can't skip them if they're in the top 10. Unless it is a song about Boris. -_-
January 7, 20224 yr I hate to admit it but I'm kind of liking the tune to 'Overseas' although the lyrics about earning loads of money and flushing stuff down the toilet lead a lot to desired. And Central Cee's shouting voice is annoying - calm down man! Edited January 7, 20224 yr by Smint
January 7, 20224 yr Thank god this didn't get a new peak. Thought DBE might have got 2 top 5 hits this time last week but they've both seemed to have stalled a bit now

ArrDee’s cameo on that track lasted less than 30 seconds, but its saucy sexual innuendo (not to mention the sharp pink sweatsuit/Burberry scarf combo he wore in the accompanying video) was enough to make him an instant viral sensation. The Brighton-based MC (born Riley Davies in 2002) wasted no time capitalising on his big breakout moment by dropping the Dickens-inspired “Oliver Twist” that June, reaffirming his flair for colourful, distinctly British storytelling that recalls a young Mike Skinner. But for all his rapid success, ArrDee credits his hometown for keeping him humble—and inspired. “In Brighton, it’s different than London—we say thank you to the bus driver, everyone says hello to everybody,” he tells Apple Music. “Even when I got to the clubs, they try to put me in VIP, but I like to be around the people. - Apple Music Top 100 Chart History 2021 06 Oliver Twist -NAS- 2021 99 Jiggy (Whiz) -NAS- 2021 06 Wasted (Digga D & ArrDee) 2021 19 Wid It (Tion Wayne & ArrDee) 2021 05 Flowers (Say My Name) -NAS- 0 x #1 | 1 x Top 5 | 3 x Top 10 | 4 x Top 20 | 4 x Top 40 | 5 x Top 100 Social Media ArrDee http://i.imgur.com/1SERq1f.png

January 7, 20224 yr Author 06 | 28 | 4th week Fireboy DML and Ed Sheeran Peru Non-album single Released: 21st July 2021 (original) / 24th December 2021 (remix) Label: YNBL Nation / EMPIRE Chart Statistics NE (11/11/2021) | 100-x RE (02/12/2021) | 89-x RE (06/01/2022) | 28-6 Sales: 90k+ Certification: - Status: Standard Chart Ratio 11 Sales 54 Audio Streaming 07 Video Streaming Video pekzpzNCNDQ Biography Fireboy DML Fireboy DML is a Nigerian singer-songwriter whose music fuses Afropop, R&B, and soul. Born Adedamola Adefolahan, he grew up singing in church, started making music while at university, and eventually was signed by Nigerian rapper Olamide’s independent label, YBNL Nation. “Jealous,” his 2018 breakthrough single, won Listeners’ Choice honors at the 2020 Soundcity MVP Awards Festival, presented by a popular African music TV channel. Within three days of its release, Fireboy DML’s 2019 debut album, Laughter, Tears & Goosebumps, garnered more than six million streams on a single music service. In July 2020, his “New York City Girl” reached No. 11 on Billboard’s Top Triller Global chart, and a month later, “Eli” peaked at No. 7 on the same chart. His sophomore album, APOLLO—featuring guest turns by American rapper D Smoke and Nigerian singer Wande Coal—rose to No. 14 on Billboard’s World Albums chart in 2020. - Apple Music Ed Sheeran There’s a lovely moment a little ways into Apple Music’s Songwriter documentary about Ed Sheeran in which Sheeran, jet-lagged and carrying a cup of tea, straggles out into a yard in Malibu at dawn, sits down at his laptop and begins writing a song about the moment right in front of him: the crisp air, the birdsong, the hot tea, the day ahead. He gets a full verse in, melody and all, then pauses. “Songs are weird things,” he says. “How so?” an interviewer asks. “They just come and go,” Sheeran says, smiling. “And they never give you any warning.” For Sheeran, they seem to come pretty reliably. Born in 1991 in Halifax, England, he started out gigging on the UK pub circuit before releasing his first studio album, +, in 2011, and has since become one of the most unstoppable singer-songwriters in music, forging a light blend of folk, pop, hip-hop and dance that feels slick but lived-in, intimate but universal. Whether on his own (“Sing”, “The A Team”, “Shape of You”, “Perfect”) or in collaboration with artists from Taylor Swift to Eminem to Justin Bieber, Sheeran has a unique ability to strike a chord that feels both bittersweet and redemptive, good-natured and genuine: the hopeless romantic who convinces you he might just be right. In 2017, he was made a Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, touching Prince Charles on the arm while shaking his hand—a breach of royal protocol, and an appealingly human one at that. - Apple Music Top 100 Chart History Fireboy DML 2021 06 Peru (Fireboy DML & Ed Sheeran) -NAS- 0 x #1 | 0 x Top 5 | 1 x Top 10 | 1 x Top 20 | 1 x Top 40 | 1 x Top 100 Ed Sheeran 2011 03 The A Team -1- MILLION SELLER 2011 35 Hush Little Baby (Wretch 32 feat. January 7, 20224 yr Peru not yet top 5. I wonder if this would have been a big hit without Sheeran collaboration. :teresa: Edited January 7, 20224 yr by Jason
