I think Ed Sheeran and Adele will be both back in the top 3 albums by the end of the week, Muse top 40 in the singles starting out isnt bad, hopefully its going to be top 100 at the least on Friday, good that Ella Henderson is still top 100 but not sure if she will hang on,
Nice to see the top 5 albums potentially doing over 10k this week
Muse at 39, shame there unlikely to hold that into the actual chart.

So pleased for The Wombats - they have started pushing to stay there too, extra indie shows announced, £4.99 on iTunes, New bundles and picture disc etc., :yahoo:
Nice to see Fickle Friends popping up at #48, they're kind of up against it given the zero radio play for their recent stuff (interesting that Radio 1 stops supporting them the moment they're off the major label....)

Frank Ocean's Lost is at #72, is it too much to hope the OCC will see sense and reset it? (probably)

Fickle Friends do get a lot of spins in the evening shows.

Some bonus info!

Best selling songs on Sunday:

7.6k We Don't Talk About Bruno

6.5k abcdefu

5.6k Easy On Me

4.7k Surface Pressure

4.7k Peru

4.2k Seventeen Going Under

Bruno is #3 on downloads, #1 on premium audio streams, #12 on free audio streams, and #1 by MILES on video streams (almost 2x as much as nearest competitor Surface Pressure, and roughly 7x as many as GAYLE has)

Best selling albums on Sunday:

1.7k =

1.5k Dawn FM

1.4k 30

499 Bonobo [16th best seller of the day]

385 Elvis Costello [27th best seller of the day]

317 Wombats [36th best seller of the day]

I hope The Wombats will stay No1 although most of the sales have likely already been counted and it may struggle to make 12k which means Ed could sneak ahead by Friday. Great first figure for them though!

Oh I stand corrected then (i haven't heard the evening shows in a while) still think 'Pretty Great' deserved a spot on their daytime playlist tho, their best song imo

I really think Bruno will do it and I couldn't be happier!

Muse at #39, not that it has any chance of staying in that region by Friday! Come for that new peak Tiesto/Ava!

I hate to say it but the Bruno song has grown on me slightly now i've heard it a couple more times. I'm still not really a massive fan but its the "I can always hear him sort of muttering and mumbling..." bit that is quite catchy. I guess I wouldn't mind it spending a week at the top, hoping we get another new #1 next week though!

poor Wombats only selling 300K yesterday :/ but of course they don't have 3 songs on HH and cannot get those fake streams from playlists :/

but Im sure they'll drop the prices and do something to motivate their fans to get some more sales, I reckon with 2K more sales they could guarantee the #1

Most of the song reminds me melodically of Camila Cabello's Havana as I said but the 'muttering and mumbling' bit is obviously imo Billie Eilish influenced in its style of singing!

I didn't think Muse would be anywhere near top 40 this album as their singles have underperformed in the singles charts for years now so they've done well.

I'm here for Bruno taking number 1, especially as Gayle's song is crap. Not my favourite from the soundtrack though, Family Madrigal and Pressure>>>>

According to this, Disney's biggest soundtrack song not aided by an A-side up to this point was Eternal - Someday from the Hunchback of Notre Dame which reached Number 4 https://www.officialcharts.com/chart-news/t...s-chart__18515/, I'm really surprised Circle of Life and A Whole New World weren't top 10!
