Imagine Dragons remaining Top 10 in the latest update is a surprise.

I expected them to be knocked out, that said, I think the chances of staying Top 10 are extremely slim.

Interesting that RUTH has gone back to ACR so quickly compared to other recent number 1s.

I want at least 1 of these to enter the Top 10 for the first time.

 

Yeah, I’d like both to make it but I’ll be happy if only one of them does.

No way. I didn’t know that MOP has never made the top 40 before. I thought it would have at least scraped the top 40 as I’ve heard that song loads of times. I also remember them plying that song in the Simpsons episode which they guest starred in

i'm sure the Metallica song will be top 40 once the day of missing streams is added

The Metallica song is from their 3rd album, at that point they were not that popular, album 4 was their breakthru album

Hot in It is fairly lame and generic, but would be good if at least one new song could go top 40 this week (a debut or a climber).

 

(Although I predicted "zero top 40 debuts" already on Friday lol)

I think ‘Hot In It’ may just miss out, considering it dropped 3 places from Monday to Wednesday, hope I’m wrong though. I think Master Of Puppets will probably scrape top 40 on ACR too.

I haven't listened or really followed the chart for a month but I listened to first look and it's pretty much the same songs in a different order. Lame! Although LOL at the presenters thinking Sam Fender did Space Man.

Ella has just given an Insta push for the Guetta song. I bet Nathan Dawe is happy😛

She claimed the Nathan song is #9 and Guetta #11. No idea if that is accurate….

Nifty. If I knew I could claim two top 10 hits in one week, I'd be doing the same thing.

An interesting one. I guess the Nathan song is just a feat for Ella, the Guetta song being a joint release might be a slightly higher status(?). Also she’s done 2 songs with Nathan and being successful with Guetta might be sensible for the future, maybe something else with him…

Of course both could miss out again.

But a good position to be in!

I'm all for both going top 10 but think only 1 will and I don't mind which one, I'd just like ella to get another top 10.

I don't think there's anything particularly 'bad' about either song, they're just so bland and uninteresting.

I think sometimes you need to remember that just cause you have an opinion, it doesn’t make it a fact :lol:

The way that 21 Reasons is one of the best songs of the year though 😌

As fun summer dance songs they’re both pretty good tbh.

They’ll probably both go gold anyhows.

Anyway it’s a bit of interest on a fairly dull chart.
