I thought it sounded pretty bad at first but listening to the clip now it is similar in style instrumentally to that recent Blackpink song Pink Venom , which I quite liked and is relevant so.... The first being the chart show on 31st August 1997 being cancelled due to Diana’s death and the second being 9th April last year being cancelled due to Phillip’s death

September 8, 20223 yr Radio 1 update schedule everything back normal 5am chart show still there the chances of the chart being on tomorrow is next to none, they probably haven't had a chance to update the radio schedule, i don;t think thats very high on the bbc's proproty list right now

We probably won't have a chart show next week either really. Operation London Bridge is pretty strict on the BBC's broadcasting during this time.

Elton has removed all promo from his bio on social media for Hold Me Closer and posted a tribute to the Queen, which is the right thing to do as otherwise people would say he was posting about the Queen and inadvertently promoting his song.
