And I’m also allowed to express how I feel and what I think about the situation too so please don’t patronisingly tell me how people are allowed to feel. I haven’t actually said they can’t feel that way, I’m just probing into ‘why’ which is perfectly allowed on a discussion forum unless I’m mistaken somehow.

No, you haven't said people can't feel that way, but the post I replied to (which is the only post of yours I am referring to) came across as belittling towards people who actually care about LadBaby clogging the Christmas #1 spot. There's no need to lecture me about what a discussion forum is about, there was nothing in my post that tried to silence you or say you can't express your views. If I have misunderstood your post then I apologise sincerely.

And that comment you responded to was in response to a comment you made telling me people are allowed to be upset. The implication being that I wasn’t allowing people to be upset by questioning it.

I’m done here anyway, one day I’ll learn not to try and debate in the chart forum.

At least the X Factor songs were a different artist each year and a different type of song.

I can't get over the fact people elsewhere still think four years of consecutive X Factor number ones killed the Xmas No. 1 tradition completely.

It's not that you weren't "allowing" people to be upset or annoyed by LadBaby, it was the implication you made that the chart isn't something that "matters" when it clearly does to some people. That is the one single issue I've had with any of your posts in this thread as I felt it belittled what other people were saying. There's nothing more to it from my perspective.

Two things could stop Ladbaby. England wining the WC next Sunday or Shane McGowan dying.

Not that I’d describe it as belittling but it’s interesting it’s only a problem when I do it whereas some posters in this part of the forum get belittled on a daily basis and no one cares.

First one aged badly

Going by Facebook 7 minutes ago and his post "whoss ready for our biggest announcement yet at 9pm" Post highly likely to be real

I kind of hope this is the year that people get tired of it and rebel a little bit

I also think it’s a bit in poor taste to do a cover of a song that was made for a poverty stricken part of the world & sung by people who could actually sing

That lineup is just a joke from seven

Well it would still be believeable with Ladbaby organising something like this though
