Surprised Taylor didn’t win this!

Kate Bush easily the best of the final two, As It Was passed me by despite it being so huge!

Kate will win by a mile I assume (as she should), surprised but pleased that Harry is ahead of Taylor, my top 2 matching the overall top 2 we love to see *.*

I do like 'Anti-Hero' but there are much better songs on her album.

It must be exhausting always rooting for the 'Anti-Hero' -_-

Fingers crossed for Kate now. It did look like she was picking up a lot of support.

Anti-Hero and As It Was are on about the same level for me, so assuming it’s those 2 that are almost tied it seems fair. Both very strong lead singles but nothing amazing.
RUTH should (and I think will) win by a long way. Disappointed As It Was has finished ahead of both LF System and Anti Hero, I don't mind it but will remember the other two for longer.

On the best sellers I'd understand but as for our votes go, Harry beating Kate would be such a peculiar outcome since RUTH is more adored because of it being a classic for so many years.

I do like 'As It Was' despite grumbling at it being on top for so long but I think Harry has better songs than it imo still.

I thought it might be close between 2 & 4. Anti-Hero and As It Was were my +7 and +8, there wasn't much between them for me but As It Was has been tried and tested over a longer time so I gave it the extra point, wonder if that made the difference...

I'd have swapped Eliza and LF System around, the former felt like a real breath of fresh air and potential modern dance classic, and while I do respect the latter was also quite different. I'm just not finding it very memorable. It reminds me of SecondCity's I Wanna Feel, good yet slightly forgettable, not a nine-week number 1!

Anti-Hero is pretty good, though it hasn't quite clicked with me as other Taylor songs have so I'm happy with that top 2. Kate to win though obvs x

As it Was has no place in that top 2

i agree :kink:

I couldn't disagree more. :drama:

So well done to those who guessed, it was Tay & Harry who's points were close. In fact, they had the exact same number of votes each! 519! However, Harry beat Tay to the #2 as he had 7 highest point voters, where she had 5. His lowest was also +2 whereas Tay's was 0

i was considering switching them just cos i like taylors so much more :kink: but that wouldn't be very 'impartial chart mod no bias sharer of info' of me

Yay well done Kate! I don’t think there’s anything wrong with a song that isn’t current winning particularly as the people who got it to #1 in 2022 aren’t the same people who made it a hit in 1985. If Mariah or Wham! were winning over current records I’d agree that was a bit of a shame.

Thanks for running this Conor - was glad someone else did it as I didn’t feel I’d have time this year.

Wow at Harry and Taylor tied on points, also funny to see that Lewis Capaldi in 13th was closer in points to Kate in 1st than to LadBaby in 15th! Kate deservedly winning though. Thanks for running this Conor!

Fantastic winner, Kate finally getting to #1 with this masterpiece is my favourite chart moment in a long time.

Thank you for running this, Conor
