UK Chart Run: 1-1-1-1-1-4-14-22-35-48-61-47-50-74 (14 weeks)

A much tighter affair this time which sees Wolverhampton rock band Babylon Zoo depart. Their futuristic-sounding debut single, which gained exposure by featuring on a popular 90s Levi's advert, stormed the UK charts in January 1996, becoming the fastest-selling debut single in history. Unfortunately for them, the hype dried up pretty quickly afterwards and they only managed 2 further top 40 singles, before a second album attempt in 1999 didn't even chart and they disbanded the year after.

I like 'Spaceman' but it'd probably be one of my next choices just because these remaining are all great for me.

Fugees again! One I do like but can also get bored of as well too lol.

Wannabe is iconic, Say You'll Be There a run-of-the-mill follow up. Only the harmonica solo sets it apart from many other manufactured pop songs of the time.

Oops I missed voting in the last round (I put in a belated vote for '2 Become 1' in it anyway, and have done again here, I am still on my own so makes no difference :kink:)

'Three Lions' and 'Spaceman' were 2 of the best on the list though, boo hiss!

Say You’ll Be There only no1 because it was the spices and the follow up to the huge debut imo!
Lol at the top 40 run of Babylon Zoo after it left the top spot!
