Love a bit of Leona she was so close on my list but the lack of material does make me rank her just a bit lower. It’s criminal she has that talent and hasn’t released anything in forever other than that collaboration and Xmas re-releases!

Leona  I would've given her 30 points once upon a time, but almost 8 years since her last album with constant glimmers of hope being shot down by long periods of silence. :snif:

She's apparantly halfway done with her next album so hopefully we'll get another Leona album next year!

Three iconic females going out.

Love Alanis, there's no one quite like her.

Leona should always have had more success than just one massive album, 'Glassheart' is an especially solid offering from her.

And as for Belinda, been a lifelong stan of hers and it was VERY tight between her and someone else for my 30 pointer. Love that she's recording music again after all these years and it was amazing to see her live earlier this year  nice to see that she didn't fall very far from last time either, very happy with #34!

Some fab singers dropping out since I last commented. Glad I wasn't alone with Florence. I'd like her stuff if not for the shrieking lol. Shania, Sia have decent material for me and I love some Alicia too. Only have her 2009 album but it's a good one. Tina of course a legend too and I'm glad 'When The Heartache Is Over' is linked there. Underrated single of hers I think!

Edit : J Lo, Kim Wilde and Annie are good as well! 'It's So Quiet' is fab but don't know much else from Bjork and Tori Amos is someone we looked at a live gig of at uni once but don't really recall much of her material personally oop.

Sia :cheeseblock:

I can listen to her voice all day non-stop, and I do sometimes

Faves from Sia: Cheap Thrills, Chandelier, She Wolf (my pick of the Guetta collabs)

Faves from Alicia: Fallin', Empire State Of Mind Part II (the Jay-Z version is in some ways better, but she owns this version), Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart

Top 30 from Tina is a true reflection of her popularity - she would no doubt have picked up some new or higher votes had this poll been rerun over the last week or so.

Happy to see Alicia rising! The Element of Freedom is one of my favourite albums. Such a great album. "Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart" a particularly big highlight *_* It was also the first time I became aware of Drake with his backing vocals on "Unthinkable (I'm Ready)", another great song.

"My Little Black Book" and "Do You Feel Like I Feel" are my favouirtes from Belinda.

Both songs were discovered, when I compiled 1992 retrospective charts.

I love 'La Luna' ,'Circle in the Sand', 'Leave a Light On','California' and 'Heaven is a Place on Earth' from Belinda. Her success was so different each side of the pond. The GoGos and 'Mad About You' were big in her home country but flopped here. For 'Heaven on Earth' album equally big in both US and UK then her US success withered but remained successful in UK for few more albums.

I'm not the biggest Sia fan but do enjoy a handful from her, namely: 'Breathe Me', 'Chandelier', the Zero 7 collab 'Destiny' plus 'Titanium' and 'She Wolf (Falling To Pieces)' with David Guetta.

My favourite from Alicia is 'Fallin' and for Tina it's 'River Deep - Mountain High', RIP.
