Yeah, Skin is a track that you can just get totally lost it. There are some genuine "goosebump" moments in it.
How did Skin get overlooked on the drowned world tour

Every song left is a 10, but I agree it would have been nice to see 'Skin' higher. Totally agree with the comments about getting lost in the track, I remember being mesmerised by it when I first heard it and it still has the same effect now.
I like it as a song but I've always felt it doesn't quite sit in its place on the album. I prefer a version of the Vikram remix as part of the album, despite me liking the original version the most as a stand alone song if that makes sense
'Skin' is such a stunning track & it was considered as a possible single release (even though it was never confirmed), but 'Beautiful Stranger' came along. Also of note there was a pretty big gap between releases in the USA as 'Drowned World' wasn't released there. 'Ray of Light' single was released there in April & 'The Power of Good-Bye' didn't come out until October, so they've easily could have slotted this in between those.
'Nothing Really Matters' is another fantastic track & so glad it did so well here in the UK, instead of the botched release it got in the USA which caused it to peak at a dismal #93.
Definitely - I think it would have worked amazingly as a remix package for clubs maybe but not as a single sent to radio.

Nothing Really Matters is the closest song on the album that resembles some of Madonna’s pre-Ray of Light music, helped by the house influences and the Nikki/Donna backing vocal. I love the middle-8 on this, both melodically and lyrically, and the distortion at the beginning of the track really adds to this idea that Madonna’s life was directionless and confused before the birth of her daughter. It’s one of my favourite Madonna singles but probably last place out of the singles from this album, 6th feels about right.

This is number 5 !!!

Massive shock
