September 25, 20231 yr I don't completely disagree with that review, to be honest — there is too much here and a lot of it is pretty one note. I wish 'Attention' was the blueprint and the direction of the album went further towards the trip-hop, jazz beats, neo-soul side of things.

September 25, 20231 yr I actually get the “one note” criticism. But I think this for like 90% of rap albums I listen to. However, I do think the tracks stand extremely well on their own away from the album. Her rapping and flow is incredible and some lyrics/wordplay here are fantastic. As an album it’s good (great rap album) but it’s better when the tracks are listened to seperately, imo.
January 17, 20241 yr For the 2nd week in a row, Doja Cat has TWO SOLO songs in the top 10 US Billboard Hot 100 at the same time. 'Paint The Town Red' down to #5 (tying Lizzo's ('Truth Hurts') record of weeks in the top 5) and 'Agora Hills' rising up 1 spot from #10 to #9! I NEED her to perform 'Agora Hills' at the GRAMMYs and get it boosted into the top 5 tbh. Also... makes history as the first female rapper to HEADLINE Coachella. Ohhhhh... that performance is going to be absolutely incredible. Can not WAIT!
April 5, 20241 yr The deluxe version of the album titled 'Scarlet 2 CLAUDE' is out now! There are seven new tracks including collaborations with A$AP Rocky and Teezo Touchdown.
April 6, 20241 yr I enjoyed the deluxe tracks but ‘MASC’ is amazing! She does these mid-tempos so so well!
