In general a fantastic list. Even at the bottom end, i've always found both Feels and Summer to be very boring but i'd still rank them no lower than 'mid'. Nothing hate worthy here.

'I Will Never Let You Down', 'I'm Not Alone' and 'We Found Love' are all TOP TIER. 'Call My Name', 'One Kiss' & 'Promises' are good. I bop to them every now and again. 'Miracle'. 'Under Control' & 'Summer' I really don't care for. 'Dance Wiv Me' & 'Holiday' haven't aged too well for me and are definitely products of their time. The final 4... no thank you. Never listen to them out of choice and when they do come on, I really don't want to listen to them. 'Spectrum', 'Blame' & ESPECIALLY 'Sweet Nothing' are ear achingly bad. Really piercing. 'Feels' is just incredibly boring all 4 of them have done far, FAR better.

Definitely a tough list to pick a best and worst for. We Found Love has a lot of nostalgia for me from uni nights out, which swayed that. Summer as the worst, purely because I don’t like his vocals on it. The production is still great though.

My Opinion

 

1) Under Control (With Alesso & Hurts) | This never grows old for me, I LOVE this song. The best lead single Calvin has ever had, great contribution from Alesso too!!! 9/10

2) Miracle (With Ellie Goulding) | If trance came back to the charts only two longtime collaborators could do it, and do it spectatcularly. My favourite collab from these two. 9/10

3) Spectrum (Say My Name) (With Florence + The Machine) | The vocals are second to none, stunning. 8/10

4) Dance Wiv Me (With Dizzee Rascal & Chrome) | The memories I share with this track :wub: I listened to it earlier today and i still mess with it! 8/10

5) I'm Not Alone | An interesting song in all, great build up to the drop. 7/10

6) We Found Love | A Timeless classic that i find a tad overhyped 7/10

7) Promises (With Sam Smith) | Again his soulful vocals sound Calvin's production, wise choice from Mr. Harris 7/10

8) One Kiss (With Dua Lipa) | I know i've hit a hammer on my head saying this on this forum, but i also find it really overhyped. Dua sounds kinda bored on it 6/10

9) Sweet Nothing (With Florence + The Machine) | The vocals are great but i wish that this wasn't the only no. 1 from "18 Months", We'll Be Coming Back deserves a tiktok revival! 6/10

10) Call My Name (Cheryl) | For a Cheryl song, this is incredible. The prod was so of its time tbh, it didn't age well. 5/10

11) Feels (With: Katy Perry, Pharrell Williams & Big Sean) | On paper this sounds great, however the cheesy prod does not help it at all. 5/10

12) Holiday (Dizzee Rascal) | Not For Me 4/10

13) Blame (With John Newman) | Was getting bored of this sounds by the time it came out 4/10

14) Summer | Was also bored of the style massively and the vocals are not good. 3/10

15) I Will Never Let You Down (Rita Ora) | Rita lied with this title, never been a massive Ora fan. 2/10
