the multi variant vinyl craziness didn't exist in the same way when Brightest Blue was released

the 23K seems feasible, as I also read her preorders were 18K, so figures add up

Not to quite the same extent with her last album though.

23K isn't a huge amount but Ellie's done signings and a lot of TV promotion for the album and pushed multiple variants for months and combined with tour tickets so it's not that suprising to me.

I expect Lewis Capaldi to open with huge physical sales because has already pushed different variants for months and album pre-order gave early access to his arena tour.

obv Lewis will do more the Ellie

actually think 23K is huge for Ellie

George Ezra sure is a peculiar chart case. His songs either hang around for absolutely ages or drop away very quickly, there's rarely ever any middle ground.
If true 23k is pretty huge for Ellie considering miracle aside she hasn't had a huge hit for years (river didn't feel huge even though it hit number 1 )
It also wasn’t #1 as the OCC messed up Mariah’s video streams

You just summoned the return of Meekul with that comment

If forgot me get rest start take piss official record company give money bank hand official chart company. That just lost plot need sack the board

They MUST be sacked. They are having a laugh with current charts! ACR system = flawed and the rules are nonsense

PinkPantheress was most popular song for weeks but number 10-15 in the charts because of being on blood ACR too soon. Deserved #1 periodt

And they the OCC are including This Is The Weeknd playlist in the album chart

Updating incoming. Just wanted mention that the sales for Ellie's album mentioned yesterday were fake - it's on 9,768 today.

Oh, wow. I had a feeling it was too good to be true.

It turns out the source sauce wasn't reliable. :suspic:
