June 9, 20233 yr Definitely lower than expected for the other 2 Dave/Cench songs, especially 'Trojan Horse', I'd say it may have just been screwed over by Thursday streaming estimate jank but the leaked midweeks yesterday did suggest its overall numbers fell off a lot more than its Spotify numbers from Monday to Tuesday for some reason so maybe not. Expect they'll both have a good chance to be top 10 next week anyway, and regardless top 20 debuts is still very good going for songs that were released on Monday and not even singles. Amazing people will buy some bloke saying Mercedes Benz over and over again, obviously some people still think UK rap makes them sound like they are cool. Are you sure this is the thing you want to criticise when the song you're rooting for is "some woman saying 'padam' over and over again"... :lol: (and looking up the lyrics of 'UK Rap', it is not even close to being that repetitive lol) People have different music tastes, shocker x

June 9, 20233 yr Awesome chart run for Loreen, I'm still getting used to Eurovision songs becoming proper hits in this country, after following it since about 1999 and having almost nothing happen aside from an odd fleeting one weeker for so long. I hope this is finally the foot in the door for her to establish a career as the superstar she always deserved to become, and not just a niche act that only comes out between March to May for Eurovision adjacent events. Really happy for Kylie too, I know it's not top 10 but 12 in 2023 for someone who has been having hits for 35 years is mad.
