Was fully expecting Niall to be ahead of McFly, will be interesting to see the sales difference. Hope McFly can hold on to #2 though, despite it being not exactly their greatest material.

The McFly album is quite poor, potentially their weakest album to date for me

No potentially about it for me!

I only saved Route 55 to my playlist, I felt on the whole the album felt more like a showcase of how loudly they can play guitars and drums, and less about actual decent songs with good melodies and lyrics. There was also a vibe of 'things were so much better in my day, when the kids loved rock and roll'. It's like the recent Royal Blood outburst expressed in a more polite way but over the course of an album

Official Singles/Albums Chart Update Top 100

Missing Data:

Full update in this post! Very impressive sales for Niall!

I didn’t realise Extreme had a fanbase, thought they were mostly just one hit wonders from 30 years ago!

the show outsold heartbreak weather first week sales already and is almost beating flicker (22.7k)

Trojan Horse needs to push off out of the top 10 and I hope Rudimental and Jazzy can swap places
The mcfly album seems totally random out of place compared to the rest of their discography not awful just not great either
Love that Pink is getting a resurgence in the albums!
I don’t know why McFly choose the release dates they do, both this album and Young Dumb Thrills would be number 1 most other weeks
