Come on Hannah Laing, push past Dave Cee and Luude, stay in the top 40. I’d have also preferred to see "Meltdown" in the top 40 instead of "Heaven" and I also want "Unhealthy" to stay in the top 40

nice to see Christine holding up well in albums

the top 3 are all doing well, even James at #3

Kylie has cassette sales which will be added tomorrow, her Spotify streams are growing and she has released an extended video download. So I wouldn’t count her out this week.
Calm Down set for a 24th consecutive Top 10 week after all then, which would be the most since 1954. Still appears to be on its way out though, if it goes 3-6-9 after 21 weeks of bobbing between #4 and #8.
The gap between Sprinter and Who Told You isn't as big as I expected with Sprinter having a seemingly large gap on Spotify and no vid yet for the latter. Maybe it's extremely close on Apple?
I’m surprised Janelle Monae is doing so poorly. Dirty Computer made the top 10, I expected this one to at least come close to that (and then collapse as everyone does these days)

Fingers crossed she has a lot of "fake" cassettes push her higher

I thought she'd be doing a bit better, but A) it's been a very long time, B) this release has felt incredibly low-key and C) I get the impression it's not been very well received/no one really cares :(

I guess but there was the same gap between The Electric Lady and Dirty Computer, and she’s only been getting bigger roles and greater name recognition since then. And the charts are easier than ever to debut high at least, she’s had vinyls ready to go, it’s got to have performed well below expectations. Agreed I haven’t heard much buzz about the actual music this time though, but still a shockingly low debut.

Sorry they aren't 99p with free P+P like Ed x

Noel Gallagher having a decent 2nd week.

Ideally Kylie has about 3k cassettes minimum but 1k is more than likely the most.

She 'only' sold 2.6k CDs, I imagine it'll be a lower number for cassettes?

Really disappointing to see Squid not even being top 10 in the Monday mids and now looking like they might be lucky to even go top 40, what happened between their debut and now...?

I noticed the Noah Kahan album was charting twice on Monday (the 'new' release is just a deluxe version) but looks like that's been fixed now.

Great to see Christine And The Queens doing a lot better again with this album, I know the last one was a bit of a detour and understandable that it charted a lot lower but still wouldn't have expected him to bounce right back to another top 10. Also very impressed by the Niall sales, I did predict him to beat the opening sales of his last album but not sure I saw it outdoing his debut as well!

Loreen is going to end up about 100 copies from the top 10 this week isn't she.

Why can't her label dispatch the CD singles today, surely at least that many must have been ordered?

@Jonjo, round up Loreen's global fanbase and let them know what they need to do today!!

Loreen can sacrifice one top 10 week for Kylie surely, she’s had plenty already

Mine have been dispatched just now :drama:
