July 16, 20232 yr I'd imagine I can see you being back top 20 tommorrow but as dropping faster now everywhere might struggle to stay top 40
July 16, 20232 yr Hoping that at least one of the songs in the 11-13 spots right now is top 10 by the end of the week. Kylie has had her time x If As It Was could hang around for a year then Padam Padam can for more than a month, in the top 10 :cheer:
July 17, 20232 yr Yep, Kylie and Billie will probably leave in favour of fukumean and Little Things / Popular / Dance the Night. Yes, that’s possible. I feel Gunna will be in the top 10, and Kylie is the most likely to leave. But both Billie and Dua will improve towards the Barbie release date, and Billie is making massive progress on Apple - so might be able to hold off Dua Lipa. Weeknd will improve over the week - but especially as it is lower than this time last week, can it make enough progress to overtake those other tracks? I guess we will have a better idea tonight.
July 17, 20232 yr Is David Guetta on his third week of decline? Four dance tracks dropped below him while not moving and also bad weather Edited July 17, 20232 yr by SimpsonFan
July 17, 20232 yr Billies track might stabilise or climb when the movie is out. I hope so as it’s absolutely stunning  It definitely deserves at least a top ten peak.
July 17, 20232 yr Just spotted this tweet from yesterday: @1680568555345936386 (This is a reliable source, he posts a lot of detailed leaked sales figures mostly about UK rap releases) I assume these are Saturday midweek numbers? So both Rita and J Hus doing just over 4k in pure sales on day 1 (well probably just under for Hus, I guess there will be some streaming included) Don't know what his projection of 30k for the full week for J Hus is based on, that sounds a bit high to me, I'm still not totally sure if he's even going to beat Taylor's second week but we'll see!
July 17, 20232 yr Didn't expect Rita Ora to do 4k in first day sales. Guess it's going to outperform my expectations.
July 17, 20232 yr Is David Guetta on his third week of decline? Four dance tracks dropped below him while not moving and also bad weather On Spotify it has had back to back increases: 29/06--------06/07----------13/07 796,162------829,225 --------841,299 Obviously this is not necessarily representative of the market as a whole, but I'd be surprised if it was on anything more than DCL-1 Edited July 17, 20232 yr by Maestro
July 17, 20232 yr Well at least that Billie trash is out the top 10! Even if it doesn’t, it should go there next week thanks to Barbie
July 17, 20232 yr Didn't expect Rita Ora to do 4k in first day sales. Guess it's going to outperform my expectations. Its a good start for Rita and should be enough to secure her a top 5.

July 17, 20232 yr The J Hus tracks are dropping like a stone on Spotify so I think the latter 2 will be lucky to stay top 30. Post Malone will almost definitely drop out as he’s fallen like a stone too since release
July 17, 20232 yr shame to see enchanted dropping out and anti-hero already replacing it. was hoping it would be able to spend a couple weeks in the top 40 at least. at least i can see you is looking to stay top 20 and cruel summer is still top 5! tay needs to get on remixing that asap she could have another #1 easy
July 17, 20232 yr Oh I guess that tweet was actually the Sunday mids then - Taylor's sales look to have dropped off a bit more than I expected, but J Hus definitely not coming for crazy numbers unless he has pure sales tricks up his sleeve for later in the week.
