I like the instrumentation, it sounds more sea shanty/Irish to me than country.

Shaboozy, shaboozy, but you can win her yet, shaboozy, shaboozy, rhe girl is hard to gwt!! Can't believe we're gettin a cover of a Fanily Guy msuical cover of a musical sang!! But they did it so well on FG that it was inevitable really.

Looks like Fortnight might only be at #1 for 1 week, or 2 if Taylor is lucky.

I don’t feel like Fortnight has had much impact - obviously the first week numbers are huge! But it seems like more of a Cardigan than an Anti-Hero

Even though TTPD are Taylor's biggest first week numbers yet, there's less critical acclaim for it compared to most of her other studio albums. People are seem to be turned off from it already.

Very odd choice of a single, I think she released it purely because it had Post Malone on it.

 

It was clear as day that Down, Bad and I Can Do It With A Broken Heart were the two more commercially successful sounding songs on the main album.

 

Failing that The Black Dog on the anthology

 

I love the album but fortnight would be in the bottom 5 of the 31 tracks

Can’t deal with the Sabrina slayage atm :cheeseblock: Espresso already at #1 on Spotify in the midst of a Taylor album bomb. This is definitely going to be my favourite #1 of the year if it gets there officially.

I get that feeling too, but god knows why, it’s not 2019 anymore he’s hardly a big draw and Taylor Swift surely hardly needs him!

"Nonsense" is back in the top 100 at #84!

Fortnite is good but Taylor has 30+ tracks so a lot of choice for diff people to have other favs. Sabrina getting to 900k on a Wednesday is a little surprising but uou could see it was going to be a huge song

It's definitely growing but I can see it being the Djo situation with one particularly good week because of autoplay. But Taylor stans support her, so we'll see.

It’s always the first song that auto plays for me. I do listen to the song a lot too though.

Fortnite is horrendous. Boring and plodding and tuneless. Sabrina has a frwsh, breezy song. Just goin by meritocracy alone, it's Sabrina qho derserves no.1!! Get that no.q Sabeina!!!

Yeah, I'm obsessed with Espresso too - but every song I play, it comes on afterwards in the last 2 days. Eurovision songs, Jesy Nelson, Kacey Musgraves - none of them safe from the follow up of ESPRESSO.
