Please Please Please is up 60% on last Friday so that's a pretty big buffer in terms of a reset even if it does drop off. Tomorrow will give us a good idea.

Every single song that wasn't associated with a new release in the top 100 being a faller except Jimin is so obviously manipulation at this point

To think Good Luck, Babe would have been #1 without Sab’s album drop. :drama: Queen can’t catch a break.
In non-Sabrina / other new release news, the Spotify weekly city charts for last week (16-22 August) are up, and Jimin - Who isn't top 100 in any of them (Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Liverpool, London, Manchester), despite being #36 for the UK as a whole

hahaha that's cos it comes from a robot located in Korea :D

Even if they don't get reset it's a strong possibility PPP and Espresso will be her other 2 songs either way
That seems a really strong Friday for “Good Luck, Babe!” Would be great if it could somehow sneak through to #1 as the Sabrina songs fade away. If Sabrina gets #1 I really hope it’s not PPP going back there again.

"Taste" is so good! The youtube views are likely going to help it quite a bit - over 13 million views already, should know its first day in the UK later today/tomorrow!

Amazon Update:

#3. Lady Mars - "Die With A Smile" - climbing a lot

#10. Calvin Harris & Ellie Goulding - "Free"

#52. Coldplay - "WE PRAY"

#89. Sabrina Carpenter - "Taste"

As much as I love please please please I hope it doesn’t get reset. Expecting it to have a boost back to the top 10 anyway, though hopefully still on ACR. She also has vinyls out for ppp this week will add some sales too

That new Coldplay song with rap artists collab is so much better than their current hit. :o

C'mon people 'Diet Pepsi' is a title track that could have happened easily in the 20th century. I like it though.

Let's hope the new Fontaines DC 'In The Modern World' song is top 40 on Friday.

Great performance for Fontaines DC with so many album tracks in the top 200, interesting the order of the songs charting too!

Bruno & Gaga now #1 on Amazon. :cheer:

Sabrina also debuts at #1 on the youtube chart with 694,229 views (that will just be 1 day). Massive youtube views should help it build a decent lead to go for #1 this week. Music video up to 18 million total views, been a while since we've seen a music video by a western artist have such a big debut!

Apple, Sabrina finally dethroning C&S, with PPP though not Taste...

1 Please please please

3 Taste

54 Myles Smith - Wait For You

56 Sailor Song

75 Coldplay - We Pray

While Sabrina's album tracks are all still on the rise, Fontaines album tracks are big dropping :/

I don’t think Fontaines having big drops is all too surprising tbh. It’s gonna be interesting to see if Sabrina can keep climbing through the week with her album in similar ways that both ‘Espresso’ and ‘Please…’ did.
Taste will for sure, the rest probably not

I’d love ‘Good Graces’ to sneak in! Ideally both that and ‘Juno’ would be pushing both ‘Please…’ and ‘Espresso’ out but it looks like the former is gonna return to the top 3. Gonna be an interesting mids week seeing as we probably won’t get official confirmation on whether they have been reset or not until maybe the chart show itself?

I suspect ‘Taste’ will debut at number 1 due to it’s huge YT numbers though.

Based on these first two days of numbers I’m almost certain that both Espresso and Please Please Please will get reset.

Gives Sabrina a shot at being the 4th artist to lock out the top 3 officially

Quite a good hold for Sabrina’s album overall! ‘Juno’ only dropping two places to become the 3rd highest album track! ‘Good Graces’ and ‘Bed Chem’ being the other 2 above it. The TASTE!!
