I don't understand how Tyler, The Creator is suddenly so huge! Was this is a highly anticipated release?

I’m surprised at the surprise here on Buzzjack, he’s been one of those artists like the Weeknd, arctic minkeys/ Lana Del Rey who are constantly viral and popular mostly through tiktok so I knew it was gonna be big as he’s always trending in some way or another

Tyler's songs have dropped quite a bit but still solid figures, top song is #3 with nearly 400K

biggest surprise is Gracie-That's so True up to #4 also with nearly 400K

It's not a surprise anymore, the song is a big hit now, and also above Sailor Song on AM (9 Vs. 14)

And it has a lot of room to grow cause most playlisting is still for ILY,IS

BTW, it's number 2 in the US (if you take Tyler new album out now) and only 10K less than number 1, I mean it was exploded from nowhere!

I wouldn't say it's terrible, it's a bit disappointing given the huge playlist reach but I think Die With a Smile has sucked up the hype a bit, Joker, too. I think waiting til the new year could have benefitted the song more but I also think Little Monsters couldn't wait any longer.

There will probably be a new single out in January... at least that'd make sense but you never know with Gaga, which is part of the fun.

Anyway, Bloody Mary was a nice viral hit, but even that peaked at 147k in streams on UK Spotify and 2.8 million globally so the numbers are fine in my opinion.
