I'll just recycle what I used yesterday;

And thanks for those who pointed The Howlers in this contest, hope you liked it. ^_^

Thank you Wardy. Your comment didn’t go unnoticed and I truly appreciate it <3

It’s funny (at least for me) that all three retro winners + this one, all come from the playlist of potentials that I had them for BJSC!!! Out of those I believe only St. Etienne could have given me a good result in BJSC as well, but who knows?!!

But as Doctor B said, at least I’ve got a new shiny badge!!!

Nice to see me and gooddelta ended up swapping top marks, I thought it was a sure fire winner of a song, great storytelling.

Seemed more divisive than I expected with just the nine votes, but including two 12s (thank you for yours!). Lyrically a very interesting and unique tale, and with a classic melody, I had hoped for a top 10 but it certainly did well enough considering not many people were into it, so I'll happily take 16th.

Your entry, in the best possible way, reminded me of a mid-late 00s indie disco. Uni days vibes for me, absolutely love it. It also reminded me a bit of The Academic, thinking of a slightly more modern reference point, who I also like a lot. 2nd place is a very deserved result!

Congrats to the winner

Thanks to all who sent votes to my entry - I’ll take 12th gladly!

Congrats to Addy on yet another victory.

Thanks to those who found joy in Lorna Shore, I've previously avoided entering anything Metal but that's been my mood lately and I felt it was time for me to chuck in a bit of Deathcore. I honestly entered it with the expectation of coming last on nil points so I'm glad a few of you liked it. Hope Doctor B's migraine wasn't too bad!

I'll admit I did vote heavily for all the acts I already knew (sorry but they were my favourites) but Oranssi Pazuzu was a particularly fun and interesting new discovery.

Just realised that I’ve given GD two max points in one week!

Wow, the Top Trumps feature makes me very glad I submitted votes for this contest! Thanks Doctor B for including my stats despite me not having an entry <3 I truly had nothing to send and thought it was time for a lil Nuggets hiatus. But Nuggets seems stronger than ever with 31 entries this time!

Congrats Addy, Brett and Dan on your top 3 finishes  Very happy to see 'Separate Ways' near the top of the scoreboard too!

I'm dead for the gfx :cheeseblock:

A Top 5 finish with my BJSC reject??!! :w00t: :yahoo:

Just a little brief thing you didn't really need to know that I only discovered AliA last year through a mediocre romance anime (it's a different song btw). AYAME's vocals are simply powerful and lovely. Almost every of their new releases sound instant to me. I initially planned to send this to BJSC, but milet's disappointing results made me send anything but J-Pop for a while. :( I'm glad this performed really well on Nuggets.

Thank you very much Herbs, Dan, gooddelta, Ansel, uhsting, Dobbo, WFrank, WCody, Seven, Bre, Chez, and Iz for the votes. ^_^

Congratulations too to Addy for the victory! :)

Congrats Addy again! You need to share your song selection strategy. :kink:

Thanks Doctor Blind for a fantastic presentation! Also just realised you were responsible for choosing my 12 pointer. :o

29th is not a great result but at least the only way is up (sort of).

Congratulations Addy, I think that does make sense as a winner, did stand out. Thanks to those of you who pointed Fleshgod Apocalypse, I found their latest album really enjoyable, on the more operatic side of metal in opposition to their name, so I thought I'd give one of the highlights a go here.

Thanks for the wonderful hosting Doctor Blind, really enjoyed this edition. Really great rock songs, OU was a fantastic opening to this contest and 'Tragediaa', 'Kakurenbo' and 'clairbourne practice' were exactly my style too, some excellent discoveries.

Just did a proper check on who voted for Hacktivist

Thanks to the following for 12 pointers sent my way - CowTzy & Uhsting

Also thanks to the other people who sent points my way - J00prstar (10), Severin (8), Dobbo (7), Cody (6), Ansel (5), Harry (5), WhoOdyssey (4)

Congrats Addy and well done to DB — loved the stats *.*

I'm so obsessed with Jade, DB and Chez that even anonymously you get my top points

:bratcheeseblock:

9th place... thank you, I didn't expect it. :bratcheeseblock:

I know I don't mention names but seriously, I appreciate the points (that could've gone to other tracks). *bow*

Thanks blacksquare. Suedey voting for himself? :o I wonder if Dobbo's choice was inspired by the Singing Sheep version which he commented on in this thread a while back.

Actually no it genuinely wasn't! I had forgotten all about that  but thanks for the reminder.

This entry was a completely random find and tbh despite the novelty links I found it quite a well produced track with interesting guitar sections. Also I love that nod to Metallica's Master Of Puppets near the end.

Many congrats again to Addy, you're in imperious form right now so my money's firmly on you for BJSC 170 and CB 29 :) and this time I voted for your song :cheer:

Shame my +12 Lorna Shore didn't do to well, thought that would have been a contender for top 10 at least, massive standout track.

thanks doctor b for hosting!!  my entry may be divisive, but it raked in some really high points, so thanks 12 from Chez and Severin, and 8 from All★bySmashMouth and Bré!
